Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Functional Constipation(Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Type)by Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Type Constipation Prescription

Objective:Through the study of the clinical efficacy of professor Li Pei's empirical prescription--constipation recipe in the treatment of functional constipation(deficiency of both qi and yin type),the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional constipation was clarified,providing a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of functional.Method:By observing the Mianyang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and stomach disease outpatient 02,2018 to December 2018,included in the standard,80 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group to recipe for treatment and control group to be maren soft capsule treatment,during the treatment of two groups of objects are not allowed to use the test of the drugs,other than diet life regulating,etc.The improvement of symptoms and safety evaluation of the two groups were observed.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze and sort out the data,and the curative effect and other related conditions of the subjects in the two groups of experiments were observed.Results:Efficacy of TCM syndromes after 4 weeks of treatment:40 cases in the experimental group,with a total effective rate of 40 cases(100%);There were 40 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the total effective rate(87.5%).The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dry feces,dry mouth,shaojin,hot flashes,night sweats,insomnia,five upset fever and body wasting in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group,and all had statistical significance(P<0.05).The differences in total points after 4 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks of treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group.Conlusion:Then the Constipation prescription in the functional constipation(Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness type)treatment effect is better than the malen soft capsule effect,especially in relieving dry stool,dry mouthshaojin,hot flushes night sweat,insomnia,five upset heat,body wasting and other symptoms have better effect than the malen soft capsule.And in the case of relapse after drug withdrawal,the situation of the C onstipation prescription is better than the malan soft capsule.Thus it can be seen that the overall therapeutic effect of benxi recipe is better than that of maoren soft capsule,and its combination ideas and treatment experience are worth promoting in clinical practice.
