Purpose:This topic through the research on functional constipation of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical to qi and Yin deficiency type of clinical patients,applying cat under the guidance of professor astragalus membranaceus native oral liquid soup,by random allocation,set up the experimental group and control group in clinical observation research methods,to observe the influence on functional constipation symptoms,signs,in order to explore fluid of astragalus membranaceus soup in the role of functional constipation qi Yin deficiency of type,objective evaluation fill gas increases the purge efficacy and safety of liquid soup to provide a basis for new clinical research in TCM in the treatment of functional constipation,for clinical to promote use.Method:Patients in this study are derived from Jilin Changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital patients with anorectal the inpatient and outpatient service seeing a doctor,accord with functional constipation qi and Yin deficiency syndrome without related to drug allergy patients,random check table established cases of treatment group and control group randomly into group,two groups of sample size for the left.Using randomized controlled clinical trials research methods,40 cases were treated stilbene rong runchang oral liquid(Beijing north who pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,approved by Z20000034,20 ml/specification,a a,three times a day,oral).40 cases treatment group given Huangqin Zengye decotion(Astragalus membranaceus 30g,Xuanshen 25g,Radix Rehmanniae 15g,Rehmannia 15g,Rhizoma Ophiopogonis 20g,Tuliren 15g,medicinal materials from the Chinese pharmacy of our hospital,take one dose of medicine,fry it with 1000ml to 300ml,boil it for 30 minutes,divide it into two parts,One in the morning and evening.According to the change of patient's condition,Huangqi Zengye decoction was used dialectically).Two groups of treatment in 5 days for a course,every 5 days record the change of the patients with primary symptom,syndrome and tongue veins,once every one treatment follow-up visit,a total of four courses,follow-up one month after treatment.Such as 1 period of treatment medication after main symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine according to the integral,has no cure drug withdrawal,as a cure,and into the follow-up period.Observed during treatment you must stop using other related drugs and treatment of functional constipation.And all the data using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software;Measurement data to plus or minus s said,is compared between group by t test,count data by chi-square test,with p<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:a total of 61 patients completed the clinical observation study fall off(treatment group fall off six cases,control group 5 cases),without any accidents happen.Through the analysis of this subject for scientific method to evaluate,results:the treatment group(astragalus membranaceus liquid soup)and control group(stilbene rong runchang oral liquid)in comparison with significant difference(P<0.05).Two groups of total effective rate was 92.1%and 79.4%respectively.Astragalus membranaceus liquid soup to treat this disease curative effect is superior to stilbene rong runchang oral liquid treatment group.Conclusion:astragalus membranaceus liquid soup for functional constipation qi and Yin deficiency type constipation patients can effectively alleviate the difficult defecation,increase defecation frequency,reduce the defecation time and improve the tongue coating pulse condition.In functional constipation qi and Yin deficiency type on the treatment of patients with constipation greatly enhances the practical application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic diseases,explore new train of thought for clinical treatment.Both weakened the patients economic burden,and of physician's clinical work important supporting role.
