Curative Effect Of Tangzuwaixifang By Fumigation And Washon Treating Diabetic Foot In Early Stage (Degree 0) With Type Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tangzu-Waixifang fumigating and washing on Diabetic Foot in early stage.Method: 61 patients with early diabetic foot were randomly divided into the treatment group (31 cases) and the controlled group (30 cases).Both groups were given the conventional diabetes treatment for the basis,such as controling blood sugar, blood pressure,blood fat. The treatment group were Fumigated and washed by Tangzu-Waixifang. The controlled group were Fumigated and washed by ordinary warm water. Treatments were made once a day, 3 weeks for a course . During 2 courses of treatment, the change of TCSS and ABI were observed before and after treatment.Results: After 6 weeks treatment, TCSS and ABI of the treatment group improved significantly (P<0.05). TCSS and ABI of the treatment group were better than the controlled group significantlyCompare effects of two group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group (p <0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%. The total effective rate of the controlled group was 16.7%.Conclusion: Tangzu-Waixifang has sure effect on improving clinical symptoms and lower limb blood supply while treating Diabetic Foot in early stage.
