| ObjectiveDiabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the many complications of diabetes. It atributable to chronic microvascular complications because of its occult and the duration of the disease. Its incidence is high in many complications. Patients often fail to perceive, or lack of awareness of peripheral neuropathy. The eventual development of diabetic foot may lead to the consequences of amputation.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the number of diabetic patients in China has continued to increase.However, due to the lack of awareness and management of diabetes, the incidence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is also increasing year by year. And Traditional Chinese medicine research on diabetic neuropathy is generally carried out.My tutor is based on years of clinical experience, combined with literature research, by using Niuyu San on Yongquan acupoint paste congealing cold and blood stasis type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy treated has certain curative effect. This topic through the above research method to study the effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. To Evaluate TCM clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type and the improvement effect of peripheral nerve signs of the lower limbs and the safety of the study. And then discuss the possible role of the pharmacological and mechanism in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. And in order to further guide clinical, to help develop a convenient and effective traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms, so that the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DPN to play a greater advantage.MethodsThe subjects of this study were DPN patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type. A prospective, randomized, single-blind, controlled trial to divide the subject into two groups, treatment group (With the basic treatment and Niu Yu San Yongquan acupoint sticking therapy) and control group(With the basic treatment and Barley powder Yongquan acupoint sticking treatment). Each group of 50 cases. Observation period is 2 months. Observe the two groups of Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, diabetic peripheral nerve signs, safety and other changes, and make the statistical analysis.Results1. The treatment group and control group can improve blood coagulation and blood stasis type of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms. The control group was 80.00%, the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.89%. Through statistical testing, the treatment group of Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improved better than the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. In the single symptom of Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the curative effect of cold and feeling symptoms.2. The treatment group and control group can improve the peripheral nerve signs of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the blood stasis type of cold coagulation and blood stasis.In the MDNS the total efficiency of the control group was 77.78%, the treatment group was 86.67%. Compared with the treatment group, the control group was better than the treatment group in improving the neurological signs of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.3. In the study of the treatment process of Niuyu San Yongquan acupoint sticking therapy found no adverse reactions.ConclusionNiuyu San Yongquan acupoint Application in the improvement of congealing cold and blood stasis type 2 diabetes peripheral nerve lesions in patients with clinical symptoms and diabetic peripheral nerve signs better than the foundation treatment. |
