The Clinical Research Of LuGui ZhiLong TangZu Fang Combined Together The Badu Quyu Tongluo Paste To Treat Diabetic Foot(yang Deficiency And Coagulated Cold Clipping Stasis Poison Syndrome)

Purpose: By observing diabetic foot(yang deficiency and coagulated cold clipping stasis poison syndrome)patient after taking LuGui ZhiLong TangZu Fang and the Badu Quyu Tongluo paste,objective to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic foot in syndrome of yang deficiency and coagulated cold clipping stasis poison.Method: In strict accordance with the selection criteria included 62 patients with clinical conditions,simple randomized to those eligible patients,which is divided into two groups.Among them,31 cases were in treatment group,1 cases were lost;31 cases in the control group and 1 cases in shedding.All samples are given general treatment and clean dressing,treatment groups treated by LuGui ZhiLong TangZu Fang,combined with external application of the Badu Quyu Tongluo paste,once a day,the observation period was 28 days.The results were compared and analyzed after treatment,curative effect of the disease was evaluated by observing the wound healing size and improvement of other clinical symptoms.Result: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of disease of treatment group was 96.67%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the area of ulcer and alleviating symptoms,and no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion: LuGui ZhiLong TangZu Fang combined with the Badu Quyu Tongluo paste has a good effect on the healing of the wound surface of diabetic foot(yang deficiency and coagulated cold clipping stasis poison syndrome),and were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.It is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of patient with diabetic foot.
