ObjectiveOn the basis of previous theoretical research,This study observes the clinical efficacy and safety of Tangzu granule in treating high-risk diabetic foot of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.and explores the possible mechanism and provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of it.Methods60 patients with high-risk diabetic foot(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with warm water,the other was treated with Tangzu granule,and the follow-up time was 3 months.During this time,Basic treatment is required in accordance with the guidelines.Collect the data,evaluate the changes of clinical symptoms,signs and related indicators,and record adverse reactions.All the data were analyzed by SPSS23.0,take P<0.05 as the standard of statistical difference.Results1.Comparison of local clinical symptom score: Compared with the treatment group,the patients suffered from limb pain,numbness,skin colour,pulsation of the dorsal tibial artery of the foot,nutritional state of the skin,ant feeling,acid-swelling feeling,cool feeling,the outcome of 10 g nylon silk examination(light tactile sense)were better than those before treatment(P< 0.05).In the control group,the cool feeling was only improved after treatment(P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,the patients in treatment group in the affected limb pain,numbness,skin colour,pulsation of the dorsal tibial artery,nutritional state of the skin,ant feeling,acid-swelling feeling,cool feeling,and 10 g nylon examination(light tactile)have improved after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of ABI and TBI:After treatment,there was a significant improvement in ABI and TBI in treatment group(P<0.05).The control group had no significant change in ABI and TBI after treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparison of hemorheology:After treatment,the hemorheological indices were improved in the treatment group(P<0.05).The control group had no significant change after treatment(P>0.05).4.Comparison of VPT:The VPT of the first toe and the back of both feet in the treatment group were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).there was no significant difference in VPT in the control group after treatment(P>0.05)5.Comparison of CPT: The number of the abnormal cases in the treatment group were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).The cases after treatment in the control group were no significant difference(P>0.05).Comparing with control group,the cases after treatment in the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.01).6.Comparison of Total curative effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% and the control group was 23.33%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).7.Safety evaluation: Before and after treatment,the safety indicators of the two groups were within the normal range,and no adverse reactions and adverse events occurred during the whole research process.ConclusionsTangzu granule can reduce hemorheology index,increase VPT,CPT,ABI and TBI level,and improve local clinical symptoms.It is safe and reliable,and has certain preventive and protective effect on diabetic foot.
