Purpose This study is based on the theoretical of Traditional Chinese Medicine,of the primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis type using Linggui Danshen decoction modified combined with foot bath to treat, then observe the clinical efficacy and safety ?And furthermore the mechanism of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type was discussed.?Method In this study? From January 2017 to January 2018,72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis type)were selected from gynecological outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine,Jilin Province? They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=36)?Among them,7 cases were lost? The treatment group was given Linggui Danshen decoction modified combined with foot bath, the control group was treated with Linggui Danshen decoction modified ? Continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles, the changes of clinical efficacy ? clinical symptoms, signs improvement and safety were observed before and after treatment? Results Through continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,After treatment, the total effective rate was 87.9%,including 5 cases of cure,16 cases of effective,8 cases of effective rate and 4 cases of failure. In the control group, the total effective rate was 75.0%,including 3 cases were cured,5cases were remarkable effect,16 cases were effective and 8 cases were failure. The clinical efficacy ?clinical symptoms and signs were also significantly improved. Conclusions This study can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis type),and the small side effect, the curative effect is remarkable,it has achieved the purpose of treatment, and it is worth popularizing the clinical research. In addition, the pathogenesis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis type)were preliminarily discussed, which provided a clinical basis for future experimental research and laid a theoretical foundation?... |
