| Objective: Use MRI technique of body surface to study the secure depths and angles of dabao acupoint for clinic.So as to popular acupuncture treatment.Methods: To select 20 younger volunteers who are 10 men and 10 women,they are all right handedness,the volunteers are from 22 to 30 years old and average years old is 25.2±1.54.Measure their weight,body height,according to the standard of body mass index( BMI) =body weight( kg)/height(2 m2) to bring into researched person,scan section with MRI in 0.5T which layer thickness is 5mm and space between layers is 0.5mm, use the T1WI. T1 picture can show anatory details。Sign the dabao acupoint put VE to it。Let volunteer lie on his back to Scanning Dabao level standard section to calculate the safe depth: safe depth≤the average dangerous depth×75% , the datas obtained are dealed and analyzed by the software of SPSS17. 0 in the computer.Result: 1. Acupuncture depth and angle : Men's vertical dangerous depth and the safe depth are lelf: 21.10±2.69mm and 15.83±2.02mm , respectively; Women's vertical dangerous depth and the safe depthof lelt are:18.90±3.38mmand29.92±2.90mmrespectively;rightare:19.50±4.79mm,14.63±3.59mm ; the acupoint to the oblique to abdomen left are(45°): 28.60±6.08mmto back : 28.50±7.29mm;to abdomen right are:28.70±6.13mm and to back:30.40±7.60mm; the safe depth of abdomen:21.53±4.60mm,back: 22.80±5.70mm;Dangerous angle(the same to the man)left to abdomen: 34.60°±3.86°,to back: 31.20°±5.25°;safe angle to abdomen: 25.95°±2.90°,to back: 23.40°±3.94°;right dangerous angle to abdomen: 34.30°±3.68°,to back: 34.60°±5.80°;safe angle to abdomen25.73°±2.58°,to back 25.95°±4.35°.2. Average acupuncture depth and angle of both women and men: vertical dangerous depth of left: 20.00±3.08mm right20.60±4.02mm,;safeangle of left15.00±2.39mm,right15.45±3.02mm;the acupoint to oblique to Left abdomen :28.50±5.08mm, safe depth21.38±3.81mm, dangerous depth to right abdomen : 29.25±5.17mm, safe depth:21.94±3.88mm;dangerous depth of left to back: 30.35±6.12mm, safe depth: 22.76±4.59mm,right to back33.80±6.91mm, safe depth: 25.35±5.36mm;Angle: acupuncture dangerous angle of left to abdomen: 31.50°±4.55°, safe angle :23.93°±2.94°, left to back : 32.25°±4.81°, safe angle: 26.96°±3.74°.3. Fla(t Angle15°to body surface)Its safe angle no touchment chest and internal organs of abdomen and back.4. Oblique( 45°to body surface) It is dangerous angle because it can touch chest and internal organs. Difference1 There are no differences of dangerous between men and women.2 There are no differences the acupoint to the oblique to abdomen of dangerous depth between left and right.there are differences between left and right to abdmen and back(P﹤0.05).3 There are no differences of women acupoint to the spinal dura materof dangerous depth.4 There are no differences between oblique dangerous depth in abdomenand and back,but there are differences on right P< 0.05.It is more dangerous to right back for men than women.5 There are no differences for men to acupoint dangerous angle to abdomen left and right.However,it is different for back and abdomen between left and right.men > women.6 There are no differences of acupoint dangerous angle between abdomen and back in left and right,but to back in right and left P﹤0.05.It is dangerous for women to right back.7 There are no differences of acupoint dangerous angle between back in left and right,but to abdomen in right and left P﹤0.05.It is dangerous for women to acupoint abdomen.8 There are no differerces between left and rightof all 20 men and women in vertical dangerous depth .so as to oblique toabdomen.but different to oblique to back P﹤0.05. oblique to right > left. There are differerces between left and right to back P﹤0.05. right > left.It is safe to acupoint right of back.Relativity: It is relativity of female thumb and yifu r=0.876, p﹤0.05 locgic equation Y=0.265X-0.132; There are no differerces between left and rightof all 20 men and women in vertical dangerous depth,oblique depth,dangerous angle,height,weight,BMI,thumb and yifu P>0.05.Conclusions : 1 Flat ( Angle15°to body surface ) Its safe angle no touchment chest and internal organs of abdomen and back.2 Oblique( 45°to body surface) It is dangerous angle because it can touch chest and internal organs.3 Vertical dangerous depth male > female of dabao acupoint,but not so clearly;Allof 20 femalle and male are no differences.4 Dangerous angle male> female to abdomen,to back on right; All of 20 femalle and male are right> left of dangerous angle.5 Oblique dangerous depth male > female to right back;It is dangerous for male to oblique back right> left; All of 20 femalle and male are right> left of oblique dangerous depth.Relativity: It is relativity of female thumb and yifu r=0.876, p﹤0.05 locgic equation Y=0.265X-0.132; There are no differerces between left and rightof all 20 men and women in vertical dangerous depth,oblique depth,dangerous angle,height,weight,BMI,thumb and yifu P>0.05.
