Objective: We use MRI scans Juque point, both sides Burong in anatomical structure; measuring various points within the key organizations with the distance, angle and outward, inward, up and down all up 15~°, 30~°, 45~°dangerous when the depth to determine the safety of acupuncture direction, depth, angle; analysis about gender, body weight, BMI index and impact of relevant factors point acupuncture safety depth, as the clinical safety of acupuncture to provide reference data, to prevent the accident .Methods: 1, select 20 healthy adult students reading in the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine as volunteers ,whose body mass index (BMI) = weight (kg) / height 2 (m2) from 22.9 to 18.5, 22 ~ 30-year-old and 10 were male and 10 female, mean age of 25.20±1.54 years. Measured height, weight, distance from the middle of two collarbone, thumb inch with the body. According to The People's Republic of China National Standard (GB/T12346-2006) Meridian standards require that all subjects acupoints on the location, use vitamin E capsules mark. 2, We use GEsigna0.5T superconducting magnet-based MRI scan point where the level: (1) Point to do the level over Juque fault plane is axial (horizontal position); to three-dimensional positioning as the basis points over Juque do vertical fault plane that is sagittal. (4) Bilateral acupuncture Burong points acupuncture safety point of view in the axial and sagittal up no significant difference in axial field of acupuncture for the safety of 18.25±5.31~°, inward acupuncture for the safety of 12.60±3.04°, sagittal upward acupuncture for the safety of 7.52±5.02~°, sagittal view on the safety of acupuncture down the left, and right there are differences. 3, correlation: the right side of the risk of Burong piercing depth and weight of the correlation coefficient r = 0.6340, p <0.01, regression equation is Y = 12.312X +29.081; with the BMI index of the correlation coefficient r = 0.4991, p < 0.05, regression equation is Y = 2.3559X +14.89; hole piercing the left side of the danger of Burong depth and weight of the correlation coefficient r = 0.4988, p <0.05, regression equation is Y = 8.6534X +37.93; associated with BMI Index coefficient of r = 0.5552, p <0.05, regression equation is Y = 2.3413X +15.011.Conclusion: 1, Juque point of piercing the safety depth, along the axial, or sagittal 15~°, 30~°, 45 ~°diagonal stabbing security along axial depth and feeling glad sagittal, or the safety of men and women had no significant differences, suggesting that acupuncture Juque point difference between the male and female without treatment. 2, the Burong point of piercing the safety depth along the axial 30°, 45°or sagittal 15°, 30°, 45 ~°diagonal stabbing safety depth and along the axial or sagittal diagonal stabbing a security point of view there was no significant difference between men and women , suggesting Needling no difference between men and women during treatment; male or female on the left and right of the Burong safety point of piercing the depth along the axial30°, 45 ~°or sagittal 15°, 30°, 45 ~°diagonal stabbing of depth and along the axial safety or the safety of sagittal angle upward diagonal stabbing was no significant difference in the safety sagittal angle downward diagonal stabbing left and right are different, suggesting that downward diagonal stabbing addition to the safety of sagittal angle between the left and right need to be treated, other differences were not required to treat.3, Juque point of piercing the risk of the depth and height, weight, BMI index, the distance between the two middle clavicle, thumb horizontal degrees are not related, bilateral point of piercing Burong depth and weight, BMI index there are correlation with height, the distance between the two middle clavicle, thumb horizontal degree is not relevant.
