Clinical Research On Child Anorexia With Xiao Shi Jian Pi Mixture

Objective:Evaluation on the curative effect of Xiao Shi Jian Pi mixture to Child Anorexia.Methods:Clinical research 71 cases with spleen-qi deficiency and food stasis syndrome were chosen and grouped into two groups randomly.The 41 examples of observed group received Xiao Shi Jian Pi mixture therapy,and the 30 examples of collated group received Jiang Zhong invigorating stomach and promoting digestion pellet.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before therapy,age,sex,and etc,the elementary data should be compared,but it is nothing with statistics.That is said the two groups could be comparable.After treatment,it would be graded,counted and and analyzed,according to improving of curative effect and syndrome.And so it conld be evaluated validity of the medicine.Results:From clinical observation,two groups can improve the symptom of anorexia,but the main aspect of curative effect and TCM principle symptom, such as appetite,and secondary Symptom such as emaciated vultus,abdominal distension,bad sleep quality,feverish palms and soles,stool disharmony,and etc,the observed group(Xiao Shi Jian Pi mixture) are superior to the collated group(Jiang Zhong invigorating stoach and promoting digestion pellet).The total efficiency of the observed group is 95.12%,and it is 80.00%of the collated group,so it'll show that Xiao Shi Jian Pi mixture can cure Child Anorexia with spleen-qi deficiency and food stasis syndrome.The observed group did better in improving the weight of children.When it comes to improve hemoglobin and zinc in blood serum of the patients,both can do it,but there is no defferences between them.Conclusion:The results prove that spleen-qi deficiency and food stasis syndrome is a important pathogenesis of Child Anorexia and Xiao Shi Jian Pi mixture has a conspicuous therapeutic efficacy.The article carries a beneficial discovery through in TCM theory,clinical research and enriches the approach for preventing and treating in Child Anorexia.
