The Clicinal Research On Mixture Feier For The Treatment Of Child Anorexia With The Type Disorder Of The Stomach-spleen

Objectives:To investigate the effect of mixture feier on the level of absorption test of D-wooden candy,amylase in Saliva,Trace element zinc of Child anorexia with the type disorder of the stomac h - spleen,probe into pathogenesis of Child anorexia and the mechanism of Mixture Feier and offer the effective medicine for treatment of child's anorexia.Methods:1.thirty healthy children served as normal control group.sixty children with anorexia were randomly divided into Group A(Mixture Feier) and Group B(compound Digestive enzyme capsules),the time of treatment for four weeks.2.Before and after the treatment of both A and B groups respectively test absorption test of D-wooden candy,amylase in Saliva Trace element zinc.3.Before and after the treatment of both A and B groups respectively compute and compare with the Integral of symptom and physical signs.Resultsxompared with normal control group;before treatment,the levels of absorption test of D-wooden candy,amylase in Saliva,Trace element zinc of Group A and Group B were significantly decreased(P＜0.01),but to themselves therewere not statistics diferenc(P＞0.05).After treatments greatly increasing had appeared in Group A and Group B(P＜0.05),however,the former was riser than the latter(P＜0.05).2.After four weeks,the total efective rate of Group A is percent 96.67,the latter is percent 66.67,By means of statistics analysis,there is remarkable statistics diference between two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusions:1.before treating,The absorption test of D-Wooden candy,amylase in Saliva,Trace element zinc of Child anorexia with the type disorder of the stomach-spleen were all lower than normal control group,which suggested that absorbtion dysfunction of Smal intestine mucous membrane and Secretion dysfunction of Salivary glands.2.After treatment of Mixture Feier,the level of D-wooden candy,amylase in Saliva,Trace element zinc apparently increase,it Strengthen absorbtion function of Small intestine mucous membrane and function of Secretion Salivary glands.So we can deduce that pathogenesis of child anorexia have in touch with absorbtion dysfunction of Smal intestine mucous membrane and Secretion dysfunction of Salivary glands;the mechanism of Mixture Feier was that it not only strengthen wriggle of Small intestine smooth muscle and relieve Abnormal spasm,but also promote absorbtion of Intestinal tract and improve the content of Trace element.3.Using mixture feier to cure Child anorexia with the type disorder of the stomach-spleen was proved to have reliable therapeutic effect in both synthetical curative effect and increase D-wooden candy,amylase in Saliva,Trace element zinc,it could extend usage.4,the absorption test of D-wooden candy,amylase in Saliva,Trace element zinc may be regarded as a sensitive index in aspect of Child anorexia with the type disorder of the stomach-spleen by treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine.
