Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia(Spleen Deficiency And Damp-Heat Syndrome) By Jian-pi-qing-hua-tang

Objective:To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of treatment of infantile anorexia (Spleen deficiency and Damp-Heat Syndrome) by Jian-pi-qing-hua-tang, through the basic theoretical research to provide ideas for clinical infantile anorexia.Methods:A randomized parallel group design scheme of self-control observation. The inclusion criteria for all60subjects treatment order number, using a random number table, the60subjects were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30cases in each. The control group was treated with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and oral zinc gluconate.bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets three times a day, every time3tablets,after meals with warm water or milk;oral zinc gluconate each one every day, after the meal. The treatment group was treated with Jian-pi-qing-hua-tang (ingredients:Poria, Atractylodes coke, Gallus gallus, hawthorn charcoal, Capillaris, Coix seed, smyrnioides, grain insects, Picrorhiza, licorice),all herbal medicines dextrose extracting machine, automatic packaging of each bag100ml, orally, one dose a day, morning and evening hours, forbid to eat the cold and greasy goods. A course of two weeks.Result:(1) The total efficiency of treatment group in terms of the efficacy of disease is93.33%, the total efficiency of the control group is65.52%; in terms of syndromes, the total efficiency of96.67%in treatment group, and total efficiency of the control group is79.31%, the statistical analysis showed significant difference (P<0.01).Prompt that the therapeutic effect of Jian-pi-qing-hua-tang to treat infantile anorexia was significantly better than the control group; There was statistically significant (P<0.05) in improving appetite and food intake in children, prompt that the treatment group better than the control group in terms of improvement in appetite and food intake;(3) The treatment group in improving fatigue, vomiting, abdominal distension, stool disharmony or imbalance are better than the control group (P<0.05), for the improvement of symptoms complexion and sweating areas, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) Jian-pi-qing-hua-tang has an exact effect, significantly better than bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets combined oral zinc gluconate;(2) Jian-pi-qing-hua-tang can significantly improve primary and secondary symptoms of disease in patients with infantile anorexia, is an effective prescription treatment of infantile anorexia (Spleen deficiency and Damp-Heat Syndrome);(3) From the theoretical and clinical research to explore a useful exploration, Jian-pi-qing-hua-tang join heat and dampness of the goods on basis, it enriches the content of Chinese medicine treatment of infantile anorexia, for the prevention and treatment of infantile anorexia provides more ideas.
