The Clinical Research Of 60 Cases Using Aromatherapy Of Chinese Medicine Cooperate With Addition And Subtraction Of Yi Gong Power Decoction For The Treatment Of Children With Infantile Anorexia Of Syndrome(Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

PurposeThe goal of this study is to explore the traditional Chinese medicine through clinical observation in children with aromatherapy Yi Gong San Decoction on infantile anorexia(deficiency of spleen)of the therapeutic mechanism,to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of infantile anorexia,also provide an effective theoretical basis for finding new ways in the prevention and treatment of infantile anorexia.MethodFrom January 2017 to January 2018 treated in the outpatient department of Pediatrics of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and inpatient department,and in accordance with infantile anorexia(deficiency of spleen)in 60 patients,randomly divided into 2 groups: 30 cases in the treatment group(Chinese medicine + fried Yi Gong SAN);30 cases in the control group(Yi Gong San).To observe the improvement of the two groups before and after the treatment of the main and secondary symptoms.Results30 cases were observed and evaluated,and before and after treatment,17 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,1 cases were effective and 3 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 90.00%.ConclusionChinese medicine fragrant with Yi Gong San addition and subtraction can be the main disease of appetite and food intake are effective in improving the situation of the clinical disease and also has obvious therapeutic effect,experimental results show that traditional Chinese medicine fried the topical therapy can be used as a novel therapy for the treatment of infantile anorexia is practical,simple and cheap,appearance and other characteristics,it is widely used in clinical.
