Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder By "Wenshen Bugan Tuina Manipulation"

Objective:To study the curative effect and the functional mechanism of treating inflammation period of periarthritis of shoulder by"wenshen bugan tuina manipulation". Methods: 64 patients diagnosed as periarthritis of shoulder were divided into two groups at random. Among them ,the test group(32) treated by"wenshen bugan tuina manipulation"; the control group(32) treated by herbal internal and herbal penetration of ions.Observe the changes of their symptoms,physical signs,the range of physic-curve of the shoulder .Results:Compared the total effective rate between two groups: The total effective rate is 100% in the treatment group, while 93.75% in the control group, the effective rate of the two groups has no significant differences(P>0.05),but the cure rate(respectively46.86% and 18.75 %) has significant differences ( P<0.05)and at the aspects of improving the function of shoulder and alleviating pain also has the statistical significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The"wenshen bugan tuina manipulation"for the treatment of inflammation period of periarthritis of shoulder is a safety and convenient and effective method . and the effect in treatment group is much better than that in contrast group herbal penetration of ions and internal Chinese drugs in improving the cure rate and alleviating pain and improve the functional of the shouder.
