Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder By "Zhenggu Loose Solution Tuina Manipulation"

Objective: To study the curative effect and the functional mechanism of treatingperiarthritis of shoulder by ZhengGu loose solution manipulations. Methods:60patientsdiagnosed as periarthritis of shoulder were divided into two groups at random. Amongthem, the test group(30) treated by “ZhengGu loose solution tuina manipulation；thecontrol group(30) treated by herbal internal.Observe the changes of their symptoms,physical signs, the range of physic-curve of the shoulder. Results：Compared the totaleffective rate between two groups: The total effective rate is100.00%in the treatmentgroup, while93.33%in the control group, the effective rate of the two groups has nosignificant differences(P>0.05). The test group improving the curative rate (46.67%) isbetter than the control group (20.00%); compared to the effective of two group periarthritisof shoulder. The two groups has significant differences(P<0.01). The total effective of thetest group is better than the control group and at the aspects of improving the function ofshoulder and alleviating pain also has the statistical(P <0.01). Conclusion: ZhengGu loosesolution tuina manipulations for the treatment periarthritis of shoulder is a safety andconvenient and effective method and the effective in treatment group is much better thanthat in contrast group internal Chinese drugs in improving the cure rate and alleviating painand improving the functional of the shoulder.
