This research aims at young doctors in shanghai Triple A hospitals under the age of 35. Through various methods including face to face interviews and questionnaires, this research is developed on the current situation of the targeted group in order to known about their working status, stability, satisfaction and demands, and thereby to develop evaluation systems for the young clinical doctors'job satisfaction, to know the current situation of job satisfaction, to find out the problems and influences in terms of job satisfaction. The research also aims to analyze, combining with the truth, strategies and methods to solve above problems. Moreover, the research helps to improve the level of human resource management and motivate the young doctors to live a healthy life.Job satisfaction is widely studied in the management fields. Only when doctors are satisfied and loyal with job, can they devote their intellectual capital to the health service with maximal passion and innovative mind. The theory of job satisfaction is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, D.Mcgregor's theory X and theory Y, Herzberg's Two Factor Theory, McClelland's Three Needs Theory, B.F.Skinner's Reinforcement Theory, J.S.Adams's Equity Theory, and Vroom's Expectancy Theory。To find out the strategies of improving job satisfactions, this essay is writing from the current situation of influencing factors including job interests, pressures, security, sense of achievements, leaders'abilities, income level, welfare, personal relationship, occupational development, working conditions, etc, and the study on the influence thereof.Analyzing the causes resulting in the abovementioned results, it is found that job satisfaction of young doctors may be influenced by social factors, occupational characteristics, the features of the time, etc, which are worthy being further studied and probed into.This essay points out that, to improve the job satisfaction of young doctors, it is necessary to strengthen the government's macro-control, the policy support from hospitals, the quality-cultivation of themselves and social understanding and support.The growth of young doctors is deeply connected with their own efforts and ambitions, the working platform provided by the hospital, the support and understanding of the society even more and corresponding government's macro-control policies. Therefore, young doctors, hospitals, society and the government shall jointly create an environment favorable for the growth and development of young doctors, and make their respective efforts for the sound development of the medical and health services.
