The Observation Of Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction's Curative Effect In Treating Functional Dyspepsia Which Belongs To The Type Of Weakness Of Spleen

ObjectiveTo observe curative effect of traditional Chinese prescription Additi ve XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction in treating Functional Dyspepsia which belo ngs to the type of weakness of spleen and to preliminary explore its oper ation mechanism.To confirm that the Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi can improve the clinical symptom and physical sign of the patients.To definite its cu rative effect,and then to popularize its application.Method85 cases were divided into two groups.The treat group which has 44 ca ses was treated with Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction,a dose of 300ml p.d.to drink,while the matched group which has 41 cases was treated with the Mosapride Citrate Tablets,5mg,tid.Both course of medical treatments a re two weeks.According to some related articles and books,we designed the questionnaire and asked the patients to fill it in before and after treat ment.When the investigation is over,we make records about every questionn aire and put the data into computer.Finally,we deal with the data by SPSS 13.0 and draw the conclusion.Results1.Clinil symptom effectThe treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in t he improvement of midsectional distension,stomachache,tiredness,eructat ion,sour regurgitation,bowels not open,loose stool and somatic heavines s(P<0.05),while compared with the matched contrnlled group,the improved o f loose of appetite,nausea and vomitting had no significant differences(P >0.05). 2.Symptom integral effect(1) The scores of the two groups before and after the treatmentBoth the two groups,after 2 weeks' therapy,had statistical significant comparing to no theapy(P<0.01).(2) The scores of the two groups after the treatmentAfter 2weeks' therapy,the inter comparison of the two groups had stati stical significant(P<0.01).And the difference of the scores,both the two groups,had statistical significant comparing to no theapy(P<0.01).Above-m entioned indicated that Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction was bettertha n he matched controlled group to treat in Treating Functional Dyspepsia.3.Compositive curative effectIn the treatment group,(11.36%)5cases were cured,(56.82%)25cases hads ignificant effect,(27.27%)12cases were effective,(4.55%)2cases had no eff ect,general effect rate was95.455%;and in the matched controlled group, (2.44%)lcases were cured,(39.02%)16cases had no significant effect,(41.46 %)17cases were effective,(17.07%)Tcases had no effect,general effect rate was82.93%.Analyzed by Ridit Test,P<0.01,significant differences was found between the two groups.ConclusionUsing Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction to treat Functional Dyspeps ia which belongs to the type of weskness of spleen,was better than the gr pup treated with the Mosapride Citrate Tablets in improvement of clinical symptom and compositive curative effect.Additive XiangShaLiuJunZi decoction has the merit of significant clin ical symptom improvement,less side-effect,no obvious character of counter acting drug,cheap price and patient is easy to accept.So it is recommened to popularize its application.
