The Clinical Study On Chinese Medicatedplaster And Tiao Zang Yun Qi Decoction In The Treatment On Of Spleen-deficiency And Qi-stagnation Of The Functional Dyspepsia (FD)

Objectives:To observe the clinical curative effect and before and after the treatment syndrome factor distribution characteristics and the changing laws of Chinese medicatedplaster and Tiao zang yun qi decoction in the treatment on of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation of the functional dyspepsia (FD); To disscuss the clinical significance of combination of the internal and external therapies about the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD); Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia rich diversity of methods.Materials and Methods:To base on RomeⅢdiagnostic standard of functional dyspepsia (FD) and《Chinese Internal Medicine)) about the Diagnostics of "gastralgia"or"stuffiness in chest and abdomen"and《the Chinese herbal medicine new medicine clinic research guideline on Piman(feeling of fullness) syndrome》of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation, we choosed 90 patients with FD, who were divided into three groups at random. The union treated group(30 cases) received"Hewei San"on Umbilical Area and the soup of yun wei; The Chinese medicine control group received the soup of yun wei; The foreign medicine control group received Domperidone. One therapeutic course of each group was six weeks. Therapeutic effect evaluation standard reference symptoms respectively with syndrome factor analysis of dialectical learn the main observation before and after treatment, clinical symptoms integration clinical and each observation groups before and after the treatment syndrome factor distribution characteristics and the changing laws.Results:1.The rehabilitation efficacy of Chinese medicatedplaster and Tiao zang yun qi decoction in the treatment on of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation of the functional dyspepsia (FD) is better than the chinese medicine group and the foreign medicine control group(P<0.05).2.The aggregate score of Sympton-complex dramatic decline.Statistical analysis suggests comparison in groups and comparison among groups have significant difference(P<0.05).3.Three treatment methods have effects on the score of Sympton-complex about spleen,qi stagnation and qi asthenia (p<0.01), regularities of distribution of qi-stagnation of the functional dyspepsia (FD) is qi stagnation the first,spleen second, qi asthenia third, and the score improvement is qi stagnation the first, spleen second, qi asthenia third.4.Statistical analysis suggests that the union treated group and the union treated group on improving spleen syndrome don't have significant difference(P>0.05).5.The union treated group declines the aggregate score of qi stagnation and qi asthenia better than the chinese medicine group and the foreign medicine control group(P<0.01, P <0.05).6. Qi-stagnation of the functional dyspepsia(FD)after therapy, deficiency of independent syndrome factor are improved, Change rule is qi stagnation the first, spleen second, qi asthenia third, which combination of the internal and external therapies and chinese medicine group improving spleen syndrome are same.4.He wei san, Tiao zang yun qi decoction, Domperidone Tablets, Lansoprazole Tablets treat spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation of the functional dyspepsia (FD) has no ill-efects appeared.
