While compared with matched controlled group, the improvement of stomachache has no significant differences(P>0. 05).Coompositive curative effect:In the treatment group, (59. 37%) 19 cases were cured, (21.87%)7cases has no significant effect, (12.5%)4cases were effective, (9. 37%)3cases had no effect, general effect rate was93. 74%;and in the matched controlled group, (41.93%) 13case were cured, (16.13%)5cases had no significant effect, (25.81)8cases were effective, (16.13%)5cases had noeffeet, general effect rate was83.87%;Analyzed by RiditTest, P<0.05, significant differences was found between the two group.Conclusion:Using Additive ShenLingBaiZhu decoction to treat diarrhea type irritable colon syndrome which belongs to the type of weakness in spleen, was better than the group treated with the classical western medicine treatment in improvement of clinical symptom.Additive ShenLingBaiZhu decoction has the merit of significant clinical symptom improvement, less side-effect, no obvious character of counteracting drug, cheap price and patient is easy to accept. So it is recommened to popularize application.
