Clinical Study On The Influence Of The Moxibustion On The Endometrium In The Cycle Of Ovulation-Promoting

Objective Assess the effect of clomiphene citrate(CC) on the development of the endometrium by the addition of Chinese medicine moxibustion,trying to find a way to improve the side effects of CC.Methods 90 cases of patients with an ovulatory sterility of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.Two group were given CC to stimulate the growth of folliculars at the fifth day of menses.Treatment group(30 cases) were added progynova. While control group(30 cases) were added moxibustion.The curative effects of the two groups were observed,by observing endometrial thickness,pattern and pulsation index(PI) of uterine artery.Result 1.The average thickness of endometrium in two group had no statistical significance(p＞0.05),which surveyed on the day injected HCG and the day follicle diameter achieved 15mm.The average thickness of endometrium in treatment group was 11.40±1.21(mm) on 5 days after HCG injected(HCC+5), while in the control group was 10.50±1.70(mm),showing significant differences(p＜0.05).But in the HCG injected day and 5 days after HCG injected, the average endometrial thickness of the two groups were above and beyond 10mm.It mean that either moxibustion or progynova can make the endometrial thickening in the cycle of ovulation-promoting.2.The rate of type A and B endometrium in both group were above and beyond 70%.The type A accounted 36.6%in the treatment group,in the control group 23.33%.but there was no significant differences(p=0.2598＞0.05).3.There were no significant differences on PI index of uterine artery between the two groups on the day follicle diameter achieved 15mm.(P＞0.05).But on the day injected HCG and 5 days after HCG injected,the average PI index of uterine artery in the treatment group obviously was lower than the control group. 4.Pregnancy rate of treatment group was 30%,and of control group was 26.70%.,no significant differences in two groups(P＞0.05).5.In the improvement of symptoms,the total effective rate in treatment group for 96.67%,in the control group for 83.33%,there was obvious differences(p＜0.05).To improve individual systemic symptom,moxibustion group showed good prospects in some degree,and It is also the advantage of TCM macro regulation.Oonclusion The moxibustion with clomiphene citrate(CC) on the adjustment of patients' endocrine state was a holistic treatment.Because it can not only strengthened CC to promote efficient oviposit,but also reduce the adverse effects of CC.The curative effect of endometrium receptivity improved with moxibustion is significant.It is a worthy comprehensive treatment for further research and promotian.This is also a new train of thought to solve endocrine disorders which come from CHO.
