Clinical Observation On Acupoint Catgut Embedding In Improving Endometrial Receptivity Of PCOS Infertility Patients With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis During Ovulation Induction Cycle

Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on endometrial receptivity of patients with PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type during letrozole ovulation induction cycle,so as to provide basis for clinical application.Methods:In this study,80 patients with PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with letrozole plus catgut embedding therapy,while the control group was treated with letrozole.Both groups were treated for 3menstrual cycles continuously.During pregnancy,medication and operation were stopped.The TCM syndrome score,Salle score,serum E2 and P levels in mid luteal phase,ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:After three menstrual cycles,the score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared with before treatment（P<0.05）,indicating that both groups could improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine;after treatment,the score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.2.Salle score:after 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,Salle scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P<0.05）,indicating that both groups can improve Salle score.The total effective rate of improving endometrial receptivity in the treatment group was 83.3%,which was higher than 63.9%in the control group（P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving endometrial receptivity;Through comparative analysis of single ultrasound indicators,the treatment group was better than the control group in increasing endometrial thickness,improving endometrial type a rate and improving endometrial blood supply（P<0.05）.3.Serum E₂and P levels in the middle luteal phase:After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the serum E₂and P levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment（all P<0.05）,indicating that the two groups can promote the secretion of E₂and P in the middle luteal phase;after treatment,the serum E₂and P levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences（all P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group is improving the serum E₂and P levels in the middle luteal phase The square area was better than the control group.4.Cycle ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate:The ovulation rate of the treatment group was 44.9%,which was higher than 29.1%of the control group;The clinical pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 55.6%;6%higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the cycle ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.5.Comprehensive efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and that of the control group was 61.1%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the two groups can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.Catgut Embedding at acupoints can effectively improve the TCM clinical syndrome of letrozole ovulation induction cycle in PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type;2.Catgut Embedding at acupoints can improve endometrial blood flow perfusion,Salle score,and serum E2 and P levels in mid luteal phase in patients with PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.3.Catgut Embedding at acupoints can improve the ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of letrozole ovulation induction cycle in PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
