Study Of Acupuncture On Endometrial Receptivity In FET Patients With Ovulation Dysfunction Infertility

Objective To search and analyze the literatures about acupuncture treatment of anovulatory infertility in recent ten years,and to summarize the rules of clinical acupuncture treatment of anovulatory infertility by using data mining technology,so as to provide theoretical basis and literature support for clinical research.To observe the effect of supplemental therapy of acupuncture on the clinical FET outcome of infertility women with ovulation dysfunction.Methods By searching Chinese and English literature on acupuncture treatment of anovulatory infertility from 2010 to 2020,taking PCOS and DOR as the main research objects,173 literatures(111 PCOS infertility and 62 DOR infertility)that meet the standards were included,and a database containing "acupuncture methods,syndrome differentiation,acupoint names,meridian tropism,specific points" and other items was established based on data mining.All ovulatory dysfunction infertility patients were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with oral letrozole general treatment.with the control group,the observation group was treated with acupuncture at Baihui(DU20),Mingmen(DU4),Geshu(BL17),Ganshu(BL18),Shenshu(BL23),Ciliao(BL32),Guayuan(RN4),Qihai(RN6),Dahe(KI12),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Gongsun(SP4),Daimai(GB26),once every other day from the second day of menstrual cycle until the day before transplantation.The endometrial thickness,morphology.TCM symptom score,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,ovulation rate and cycle cancellation rate were evaluated in two groups.Results Guanyuan was the most commonly used acupoints and Renmai was the most commonly used meridians in acupuncture treatment of anovulatory infertility.52 groups of highly correlated acupoints(25 PCOS infertility and 27 DOR infertility)were excavated,and the high-frequency acupoints were grouped into 9 categories(4 PCOS infertility and 5 DOR infertility).Compared before treatment.the endometrial thickness and morphology in the observation group were better(P<0.05),implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Ovulation rate and cycle cancellation rate between 2 groups had little difference(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores in the observation group were reduced(P<0.05).TCM symptom scores between the two groups were different(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of anovulatory infertility has the best effect by combining Renmai meridian,Intersection,Qi and Beishu points,and the principle of compatibility is local matching,front and back matching,up and down matching and compatibility.This study provides a theoretical basis for the clinical research of the acupuncture method of "dredging supervision qi,regulating chong ren and taking pulse" established by our team to assist in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Acupuncture can improve endometrial receptivity,thickness and shape,especially increase implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.It is preliminary confirmed that acupuncture may adjust extra meridians to improve endometrial morphology,stimulate local blood flow and facilitate embryo implantation.
