Clinical Observation Of Shenxiong Injection In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of shenxiong glucose injection in the treatment of Chronic Renal Failure.Methods:60 patients with chronic renal failure in the nephropathy azotemia were openly divided into two groups:Based on the routine treatments,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with shenxiong glucose injection,quiescent point,once a day,3 weeks as a course;Based on the routine treatments,30 patients in the compare group were treated with 20 mL Lulutong solution that was dissolved into 150 mL glucose solution, quiescent point,once a day,3 weeks as a course.To evaluate the total therapeutic effect and GFR,clinical symptoms,BUN,SCr,Hemoglobin and Plasma viscosity and Fibrinogenwere level two Weeks later.Results:The results showed that there was a significant difference(P＜0.05) in comparing the total effective rates of the two groups.(The total curative rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,while that of the control group was 60.0%).The serum BUN and serum SCr were declined significantly after treatment(the treatment group:P＜0.01,the control group:P＜0.05);GFR was increased in the two groups after the treatment(P＜0.05);Plasma viscosity and Fibrinogenwere were declined after treatment(P＜0.05);while no remarkable changes in Hemoglobin were observed(P＞0.05).The serum BUN,serum SCr,Plasma viscosity and Fibrinogenwere was declined when compared with the control group(P＜0.05);The GFR was increased when compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Construction:Based on the routine treatments,The serum BUN,serum SCr,Plasma viscosity and Fibrinogenwere was declined when compared with the control group,GFR was increased when compared with the control group.The treatment group improve clinical symptoms and life quality of patients.So Shenxiong glucose injection was much better than Lulutong solution...
