Effect Of Shenxiong Glucose Injection On Platelet And D-dimer In Patients With Severe Burn

Objective:To investigate the effect of shenxiong glucose injection on platelet and D-dimer levels in severe burn patients.Methods:62 Patients with severe burn admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups,experimental group 64 cases and control group 24 cases.Both groups received basic treatment.The experimental group was adjuvanted therapy with shenxiong glucose injection,while the control group was not treated with shenxiong glucose injection.Observation and record were the Platelet count and D-dimer level of the experimental group and the control group before treatment,after treatment for 1 week and after treatment for 2weeks.The measurement data is expressed by(?),the results are tested by t test,and ?~2 test was used for the four grid table data,P<0.05,indicating that there was difference and uniformity.The significance of Planning.Results:There was no significant difference in Platelet count and D-dimer level between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P>0.05).but in the Patients with different areas of severe burn(P<0.05),the larger the burn area,the lower the Platelet level and the higher the D-dimer level.The Platelet count and D-dimer level in the experimental group after 1 week and 2 weeks were significantly higher than those in the control group,There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Severe burns not only have local microcirculation disturbance,but also have systemic microcirculation disorders,especially Platelet and D-dimer level abnormalities.In this study,the therapeutic effect of Shenxiong glucose injection adjuvant therapy and no Shenxiong Glucose Injection on Platelets and D-dimer level in Patients with severe burn was evaluated by retrospective analysis.From the analysis of the result data,it can be concluded that Platelets in Patients with severe burn have different degrees of decrease;D-dimer in Patients with severe burn has different degrees of increase,The larger the burn area,the higher the level of D-dimer;after severe burn,Adjuvant treatment with shenxiong glucose injection after severe burns may be effective in improving coagulation dysfunction in patients,thus promoting wound healing and benefiting patients.
