Studies On The Correlation Between Skin Damage In Psoriasis Vulgaris And Tongue Demonstration, And Pulse Tracings

On the basis of discussing the existence of correlation between skin damage and tongue demonstration and pulse tracings in psoriasis vulgaris, in this subject we observed degree of skin damage and change of tongue and pulse, probed into their inner relationship and change rule, provided object and reliable theoretic accordance for clinical theropy of psoriasis, in order to provide more precise and effective theroputic scheme. We selected 120 patients suffering psoriasis vulgaris who were divided into 2 groups according to the style of skin damage. Skin damage with erythema was the major symptom of one group with 60 patients, skin damage with scale was the major symptom of the other group with 60 patients. We observed skin damage, tongue demonstration(including color and shape of tongue as well as color and texture of coat of the tongue ) and pulse tracings, and analysized the rule between skin damage and tongue demonstration and pulse tracings through Spearman statistics.There was correlation between skin damage and tongue demonstration and pulse tracings both in this two groups major in psoriasis vulgaris after analysis. There was significant correlation between skin damage and red tongue in patients suffering skin damage with erythema, while correlation was not significant between skin damage and other colors of tongue. There was no significant correlation between skin damage and shape of tongue, color and texture of coat of the tongue. There was significant correlation between skin damage and slippery and frequent pulse, while correlation was not significant between skin damage and other pulse tracings. There was no significant correlation between skin damage and color of tongue and coat of the tongue in patients suffering skin damage with scale. There was significant correlation between skin damage and normal shape of tongue, while correlation was not significant between skin damage and other shapes of tongue. There was significant correlation between skin damage and moist tongue, while correlation was not significant between skin damage and other textures of tongue. There was significant correlation between skin damage and wiry pulse and microphygmia, while correlation was not significant between skin damage and other pulse tracings. This subject showed that there was correlation between and some inner rules in skin damage of psoriasis vulgaris and tongue demonstration and pulse tracings. There was correlation between skin damage with erythema and tongue demonstration and pulse tracings, but only correlation was significant between skin damage and color of tongue and pulse tracings. There was correlation between skin damage with scale and tongue demonstration and pulse tracings, but only correlation was significant between skin damage and shape of tongue, texture of coat of the tongue and pulse tracings.
