To Study The Relationship Between The Change Of Nitric Oxide(NO) Concentrationans In The Blood And Tongue Demonstration With Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery

Objective:To study the relationship between the change of nitric oxide (NO)concentrationans in the peripheral circulation and tongue demonstration afterpostoperative gastrointestinal function recovery.Methods:There were40operative patients in the same consultant treatment goup in thesecond affiliated hospital of NanChang univesty which were included and dividedinto abdominal operation group (experimental group) and non abdominal operationgroup(control group) according to wether the abdominal wall were opened in2010March to may. By using double antibody sandwich methods for the detection of NOconcentrations in the peripheral circulation and at the sametime observing the changeof the tongue demonstration. The statistics analysis were carried out by usingdifferent may according data types.Results:In experimental group the NO concentrations the peripheral circulation beforegastrointestinal function recovery were higher than after gastrointestinal functionrecovery after operation（P<0.05）,In control group the NO concentrations in theperiphera circulation had no change before and after operation（P>0.05）,The NOconcentrations in the peripheral circulation in experimental group were higher than incontrol grourp after operation（P<0.05）,In experimental group the change of thetongue demonstration were statistically significant comparing with control group（P<0.05）,In control group the change of the tongue demonstration had nostatistically significance before and after operation（P>0.05）Conclusion:1、There were gastrointestinal motility function injure after abdominal relatedoperation and the NO concentrationans in the peripheral circulation wereelevated.The NO concentrationans in the peripheral circulation were related withpostoperative gastrointestinal motility function injure. By measuring the NO concentrationans in the peripheral circulation after operation we can judge thepostoperative gastrointestinal motility function injure，clinical diagnosis and in timetreatment and provide certain theory basis.2、 The were positive relation between the tongue demonstration andgastrointestinal motility function recovery after abdominal related operation.Byobserving the change of the tongue demonstration we can infer gastrointestinalmotility function recovery after operation，and provide evidence for clinical diagnosisand in time treatment.3、There were relationship between thechange of NO concentrationans in theperipheral circulation and the change of the tongue demonstration after operation.But the mechanism is not clear.
