Studies On The Correlation Between Tongue Demonstration And Manifestations Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Purpose:Discusses the correlation between tongue demonstration and clinical manifestations of psoriasis vulgaris, objective analysis the role of tongue demonstrations in psoriasis vulgaris diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.Method:We selected 116 patients suffering psoriasis vulgaris. Respectively explored the correlations between clinical stage, TCM Syndrome, PASI and color and shape of tongue as well as color and texture of coat of the tongue. We analysized the rule between tongue demonstration and clinical manifestations through Spearman statistics.Result:There was significant correlation between clinical stage and the color and shape of tongue, while the correlation between red tongue, tongue cracks and the clinical stage was significant(P<0.01).There was significant correlation between clinical stage and the color, shape of tongue as well as fur color, while the correlation between red, petechiae tongue, tongue cracks, yellow fur and the clinical stage was significant(.P<0.01).There was significant correlation between PASI and the color, shape of tongue as well as fur color, while the correlation between red tongue, tongue cracks, yellow fur and the clinical stage was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:There was correlation between tongue demonstration and clinical manifestations of psoriasis vulgaris. Tongue demonstration reflects clinical stage and severity of psoriasis vulgaris, which is beneficial to judge the condition of psoriasis vulgaris.
