Study On Pulse Characteristics Of Hepatitis B Infectors And Correlation Analysis Between The Pulse And TCM Types

Objective:By comparing the Pulse graph of the normal and hepatitis b virus infection Patients, a Preliminary conclusion has been drawn about the Pulse condition characteristics and its developments among the disease progress. According to the TCM types, we can do research on the relationship between the Pulse graph and symptoms of hepatitis b virus infection Patients.Methods:Using SMART MX-1Pulse condition to trace of hepatitis b virus infection Pulse condition characteristics. By comparing the pulse graph of the normal and hepatitis b virus infection patients, a preliminary conclusion has been drawn about the Pulse condition characteristics and its developments among the disease Progress. According to a Preliminary qualitative diagnosis standard of the common basic syndromes of liver cancer and the common basic of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome severity evaluation of hierarchical analysis model, definite the relationship between Pulse graph and syndrome and find out the regulation of Pulse condition development, to help TCM diagnosis, and provide objective basis for the study of the Chinese medicine Pulse condition.Results:1. Pulse condition of hepatitis b virus infection and parameter analysisHepatitis B virus infection and Primary liver cancer patients have enough string-like pulse (including plain string-like pulse, string-like pulse, slippery string pulse, string relaxed pulse and rapid string pulse).Compared with the Primary liver cancer group and normal group pulse figure, the hepatitis b virus infection group are basically the same at the diagram types distribution, all is given Priority to ABC type. And Pulse figure indext, h3/hl,h4/hl, ad in the Hepatitis B virus infection group and normal group showed a trend of decline. Index hl,h5,h5/hlis lower in normal group; index h3/h1,h4/h1,w,w/t is higher in live cancer group than in the normal group, index hl,h5,h5/hl,ad is lower in live cancer group than in the normal group; index h3/hl,h4/hl,w,w/t is higher in live cancer group than in the Hepatitis B virus infection group, index h1,h5, ad is lower in live cancer group than in the Hepatitis B virus infection group.which indicates that its Peripheral vascular resistance and diastolic corresponding cardiac output has gradually declined.2. The correlation research of the HePatitis b virus infection Pulse conditionHepatitis B virus infections have enough string-like pulse.The results of syndrome distribution regularity shows:Among430cases of hePatitis b virus infection, the frequency order of single syndrome from high to low is:blood deficiency syndrome (41.2%), qi stagnation syndrome (27.2%), Yang deficiency syndrome (8.8%),qi deficiency(7.7%), blood stasis (5.8%),solid heat syndrome (4.2%), Yin deficiency (4.2%)and water wet (0.9%). In the comparison of blood deficiency syndrome group and qi stagnation group, the proportion of blood deficiency syndrome and rapid pulse, floating pulse of high.The analysis of these two Pulse graPhs shows:blood deficiency syndrome group’s index, hl,h5, ad are lower than those of normal group and qi stagnation syndrome group’s index h4, ad, h3/h1, h4/h1, w are higher than normal group, blood deficiency syndrome group’s index h4/h1is higher than those of normal group and qi stagnation syndrome group’s index h1,h5.h5/hl are lower than normal group. Compared with qi deficiency syndrome group, the index ad,h3/h1,w,w/t of blood deficiency syndrome group decline. With the methods of princiPal component, we extract four common factors Z1, Z2, Z3. Z4After factor analysis, found that male factor1in h1, h3, ad, as (cardiac output, peripheral vascular resistance) had greater load; factor2in t5, t, t1, h3/h1(heart rate) had greater load; factor3in h5, h5/hl (arterial elasticity) had greater load; factor4in h4, h4/h1(peripheral vascular resistance) had greater load. The linear regression found:the solid heat syndrome with factor4were positively correlated.blood deficiency syndrome, Yang deficiency syndrome with factor1were negatively correlated.Conclusion:Among the disease evolution Progress from normal to Hepatitis b virus infection and finally to liver cancer, the pulse graphs of these three stages are different to some extent. These differences mainly relate to the patients’special hemodynamic diversity. The syndromes of hepatitis b virus infection patients mostly are blood deficiency syndrome and qi stagnation syndrome. Hepatitis B virus infections have enough string-like pulse. In the comparison of blood deficiency syndrome group and qi stagnation group, the proportion of blood deficiency syndrome and rapid pulse, floating pulse of high, we also find differences in Pulse condition Parameters by comparing the pulse graphs of blood deficiency syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome and normal group.
