Gastrodin Injection Combined With Massage Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Cancer Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gastrodin injection and massage in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA) Patients in symptoms and signs.Method:Chose sixty cases of the CSA,and devided randomly them into two groups:treatment group(30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was treated by the therapy of Gastrodin injection and massage.However, the control group was treated only by injecting Gastrodin injection. After one course,the therapeutic effect between two groups were analysed and compared.Results: Though cervical disease clinical evaluation form to score. We can see that the score of the two groups affter reatment was singnificantly increased. There was a significant difference of the score before and after treatment ,but there was no significant different of the score between the two groups before treatment, and significant differences of the score after treatment. The result presented that there was no significant differences of clinical score between the 2 patients before treatment and they were comparable. There was signifcant difference between the 2 groups'score after treatment with which noted that the effect of the treatment group to improve the clinical symptoms and signs and other aspects was better than contral group.Conclusions: the therapy of Gastrodin injection and massage is effective in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Therefore, In order to improve the effectiveness of treatment ,it is necessary to promote such therapy in our daily clinical work.
