A Clinical Study On "Tiao Shen Yang Xin" Acupuncture Tretment Of Post-Stroke Depression

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of PSD with "tiao shen yang xin" acupuncture treatment.Methods:62 patients qualified for outpatient PSD were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group.31 cases of acupuncture group,31 cases of control group.acupuncture group:19 cases of male and 12 cases of female.The oldest 75-year-old,The youngest 46-year-old,the average age of 64.45±7.48.control group:17 cases of male,14 cases of women,The oldest 75-year-old,The youngest 45-year-old the average age of 64.81±6.43.In addition to conventional treatment(Oral enteric-coated aspirin,Control of blood pressure,regulation of blood sugar and so on.), Acupuncture group was selected "tiao shen yang xin" acupuncture treatment; Selected points:baihui,yintang shenting shenmen,neiguan gongsun sanyinjiao.Control group was selected with Prozac Oral.Two groups of patients before treatment and treatment in the first 2 weeks,4 over the weekend after the application of HAMD(17 items),Traditional Chinese Medicine Scale symptom score To evaluate the efficacy.The data was analyzed by software SPSS17.0.Results:1.Acupuncture group before and after treatment in patients with HAMD scale score were significantly different(P＜0.01),Acupuncture tips in improving depressive symptoms in patients with PSD have a better effect.2.Acupuncture group before and after treatment in patients with TCM symptom scale were significantly different(P＜0.01),Acupuncture tips in improving depressive symptoms in patients with with TCM symptom scale have a better effect.3.Acupuncture group and control group between the effects of group showed no significant difference(P＞0.05).Then this resulths shows the acupuncture of "taio shen yang xin" has efficaty as same as western medicine.Conclusion:1."tiao shen yang xin" acupuncture treatment of PSD have a better effect,It can be a marked improvement in post-stroke depression in patients with TCM syndrome and depression.2."tiao shen yang xin" acupuncture should be applied in clinical.
