Objective:to observe the wave pull method to improve the clinical curative effect of upper limb movement function after ischemic stroke. Methods:The 60 cases of upper limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group, one of the treatment group is conventional system drugs, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, physical factor, sport therapy, homework therapy, shaking method of treatment;Control group routine treatment is system drugs, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, physical factor, sport therapy, homework therapy, clinical commonly used massage treatment.Application Fugl-Meyer movement function score (arm), the degree of nerve function defect grade in the upper limbs, improved Babarth index grade and modified Ashworth classification method to system evaluation of patients before and after treatment, to compare the clinical effect of two kinds of therapies.Results:(1) Comparison between observation group and control group before treatment group improved Barthel index, P>0.05, no significant difference, suggested there was no difference in the two groups before treatment, comparable;Within the two groups before and after treatment, P<0.05, there is statistical significance, suggesting there was a significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment group score;Comparison between the two groups after treatment groups, P>0.05, no significant difference, the difference is not obvious after treatment in both groups.(2) Comparison between observation group and control group before treatment degree of nerve function defect grade in the upper limbs, P> 0.05, no significant difference, suggested there was no difference in the two groups before treatment, comparable;Within the two groups before and after treatment, P<0.05, suggesting there was a significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment group score;Comparison between observation group and control group after treatment, P>0.05, no statistical significance, there was no significant difference after the treatment in both groups.(3) Comparison between observation group and control group before treatment Fugl-Meyer movement function score (upper), P>0.05, no significant difference, suggested there was no difference in the two groups before treatment, comparable;Within the two groups before and after treatment, P<0.05, there is statistical significance, suggesting there was a significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment group score;Comparison between observation group and control group after treatment, P>0.05, no significant difference, the difference is not obvious after treatment in both groups.(4) Comparison between observation group and control group before treatment group modified Ashworth rating classification method, P>0.05, no significant difference, suggested there was no difference in the two groups before treatment, comparable;Within the two groups before and after treatment, P<0.05, there is statistical significance, suggesting there was a significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment group score;Comparison between observation group and control group after treatment, P<0.05, significant differences, tip modified Ashworth classification score observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1. The two methods of treatment can significantly improve upper limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke, improve their ability of daily life, reduce the degree of nerve function defect.2. Shake pull method can obviously improve the ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients with upper limb muscle tension, the upper limb ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients faster into spasms, more conducive to ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients recovery of upper limb movement function in the future, long-term effect is better.
