Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression With Tiao Shen Tong Du Acupuncture Method Combined With Prozac

Purpose:By observing the effects of Tiaoshen Tongdu Acupuncture combined with Prozac on depressive state,neurological deficit degree and daily living ability of post-stroke depression,the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Tongdu Acupuncture combined with Prozac in the treatment of post-stroke depression was explored,so as to promote the clinical application of acupuncture therapy?Material and method:A total of 60 patients who met the criteria in Department of Brain K1,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Tiaoshen Tongdu Acupuncture on the basis of basic treatment and the control group.The control group was treated with Prozac orally on the basis of basic treatment,once a day,two days a week for rest,for a total of 8 weeks.Hamilton's(HAMD)score,neurological deficit severity(MESSS)and activity of daily living(BI)were measured before and after treatment.Two groups of data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Tongdu Acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression?Results: 1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups by Chi-square test and independent sample t test(P > 0.05)? 2.The HAMD score,MESSS score and BI score of the two groups before and after treatment were improved by paired sample t test(P < 0.05)? 3.After treatment,HAMD score,MESSS score and BI score of the two groups were tested by independent sample t test P < 0.05,and the curative effect was remarkable?Conclusion: 1.Tiaoshen Tongdu Acupuncture has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of post-stroke depression? 2.Tiaoshen Tongdu Acupuncture combined with Prozac in the treatment of post-stroke depression is more effective than Prozac alone in improving depressive symptoms,neurological deficits and daily living ability? 3.Tiaoshen Tongdu Acupuncture has definite curative effect on post-stroke depression,simple operation,no side effects and adverse reactions,and is safe and high,which is worthy of clinical promotion?...
