| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of "San cai Tiao shen" acupuncture on mild and moderate depression patients with Ischemic aneurosis.Methods: A total of 72 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group(36 patients in each group)and Control Group(36 patients in each group),patients in both groups received general basic treatment.The Treatment Group was treated with "San Cai Tiao Shen" acupuncture.The acupuncture points above Baihui,Sishencong,Zhongwan,Danzhong,Taixi(bilateral)and Yongquan(bilateral)were selected for 30 minutes,once a day(except Sunday rest),and treated for 2 weeks,12 times in total,the observation period was 14 days.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The acupoints were selected as Shuigou,Neiguan(bilateral),Shenmen(bilateral)and Taichong(bilateral).The needles were kept on the above points for 30 minutes,once a day(except Sunday rest),the observation period is 14 days.After 14 days,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndromes of the two groups were evaluated,including HAMD,SDS,and NIHSS.Statistical analysis of the data obtained,the use of software for SPSS25.0Results:(1)There was no difference in the scores of sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05)(2)Comparing the scores of Hamd scale: After treatment,HAMND scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment(intra-group comparison P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).(3)The score of SDS scale: The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the depressive symptoms of patients in both groups were improved.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)NIHSS scale score comparison: The difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that patients in both groups were improved in terms of neurological function deficits.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(5)Clinical efficacy evaluation: after 2 weeks of treatment,5 patients were cured,21 patients were significantly effective,8 patients were effective and 2 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 94.4%.In the control group,5 patients were cured,10 patients showed obvious effect,13 patients were effective,and 8 patients were ineffective.The total effective rate was 77.8%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed by non-parametric rank sum test,Z=-2.262,P=0.024<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)"San Cai Tiao Shen" acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively relieve the symptoms of depression,to a certain extent can improve the quality of life of patients;(2)"San Cai Tiao Shen" acupuncture can improve the depressive symptoms of patients with mild to moderate depression after ischemic stroke,improve the ability of daily living,and the efficacy is better than conventional acupuncture;(3)The two groups had the same effect in improving the neurological function defect.(4)The acupuncture method of "San Cai Tiao Shen" is safe,simple and easy to operate,and is worthy of further popularization and utilization... |
