| Objective:This is a clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture treatment.By comparing the clinical efficacy of Tongdu Tiaoshen and routine acupuncture on post-stoke cognitive impairment,analyzing the date and obtaining the results.We can explore a suitable treatment method for cognietive impairment after stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment from January 2020 to January2021 were included.All came from the outpatient clinic and ward of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Tranditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).According to the ‘Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke(2018)’,the basic disease management was carried out in the two groups.The treatment group was treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture treatment.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture.Acupuncture frequency: once a day,needle retention 30min/ times,6 times a week,a total of 6 weeks.MMSE,MoCA and ADL scales were used to evaluate the patients cognitive function before and after treatment,the data were analyzed and the results were obtained,and get a result about the differences of the clinical efficacy of different methods were treated on post-stroke cognitive impairment.Results:1.Comparison of general data:There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in the age,sex,course of disease,education level and the score of MMSE,MoCA and ADL scale before treatment.2.Evaluation of MMSE and MoCA scale: Compared with the MMSE and MoCA scores of the two groups,the scores of the treatment group and the control group significantly increased after treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).It shows that the Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture treatment is superior to the conventional acupuncture method in the improvement of cognition.3.After treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,indicating that the activities of daily living tended to be normal.After treatment,there was a significant statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group,and the effect was better.4.The comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.0%,compared with the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.There was a statistical difference in the efficacy between the two groups,indicating that the acupuncture method of regulating the mind through supervision can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the efficacy was better than that of conventional acupuncture.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture can effectively improve patients’,who have cognitive impairment after stroke,cognitive function and activities of daily living.2.The application of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture in the treatment of PSCI,can improve both cognition and daily ability,and the effect is better than that of routine acupuncture.3.Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture is easy to operate,safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment... |
