Clinic Observation Of Decoction-Geqi In The Treatment Of Aion

Objective:to observe the clinical effectiveness of Decoction-Geqi for treating exudative AION.Methods:divide 54 AION patients(60 eyes) into therapy group and contrasted group.Give the routine medicine to above groups.for one course of treatment(one month),then giving the medicine to the therapy group,the Control Group took the Decoction-Geqi,at the time Blood Vessel Block Deoppilation Capsule.The treatment course lasted for 1 months.The researching purpose is to observe the change of the patients' vision and eyeground and the condition of FFA after the treatment.As to the statistic analysis,we use spss software.The result is:the much difference limit according to P＜0.05,the high difference limit according to P＜0.01.Results:(1) The comparison of the vision before and after the treatment had statistics meaning(p＜0.05),and the Treatment Group overmatch the Control Group.(2) After the treatment,the comparison of the FFA of the two groups had statistics meaning(p＜0.05),and the Treatment Group overmatch the Control Group.(3) as for eyeground,the comparing difference of the two groups had statistics meaning,and the Treatment Group overmatch the Control Group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Decoction-Geqi has excellent effectiveness for treating AION.n and the effectiveness overmatch that of the Control Group.
