Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Mongolian Medicine Hata Geqi-7 Combined With Sanwei Heifan Tang Recurrent Oral Sores

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hata geqi-7 combined with Sanwei Heifan Tang in the treatment of recurrent aphtha,in order to further promote the use in clinical practice.Methods: Source of 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria of oral ulcer diseases from December 2021 to the Mongolian stomatology clinic from December 2022,the patients were according to the order of visit into 3 group,with 30 patients in each group.The total treatment time was given for 7 days.Symptoms and recurrence after 1,3,5 and 7 days and one month after treatment were observed.The resulting data will be analyzed.Treatment: Observation group:gargle with Sanwei heifan tang decoction(3-5g / time),and then apply the right amount of Hata geqi-7 taste(appropriate amount)on the ulcer surface 3 times a day.Control group:spray the throat sword spray on the affected area 2-3 times,and then apply the oral ulcer powder appropriate amount on the ulcer surface,three times a day.Blank control group: gargle with sodium chloride injection 3 times a day.Results: In the three groups,the ages were not statistically significant,p> 0.05)and were comparable.There was no significant difference in pain index,p> 0.05.After treatment,the ulcer diameter was compared with both control groups,and the pain index was statistically significant,p <0.05.After follow-up 1 month after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was6.6%,and the response rate was 96.6%,which was better than the other two groups.Conclusion: Mongolian medicine Hata geqi-7 combined with Sanwei heifan tang can be more effective,quickly relieve pain,heal the wound,reduce the duration of ulcer,and reduce the number of recurrence,which is worthy of clinical use in clinical practice.
