A Retrospective Study Of Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Based On The Theory Of “Tonifying After Dredgings Tasis”

Objective: Retrospective statistical analysis of AION clinical cases in the ophthalmology department of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in recent 6 years,counted the effectiveness of applied the theory “tonifing after dredging stasis”to treat AION of patients whos applied the theory,and count the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,provide new treatment options for the treatment of the disease,or provide materials for future research on medicinal materials.Methods: By collected 2013.01-2018-12 hospitalized in Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the ophthalmology of patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy diagnosed by Chinese and Western medicine,screening out the patients who should be treated by the theory of“tonifying after dredging stasis”,and counting out the total effective rate of each type of the disease and the effective traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinic.Results:(1)Collected 103 patients(112 eyes,54 right eyes,58 left eyes,including 3 at the same time,6 cases),among the three syndromes,the highest incidence of qi stagnation and blood stasis Statistical analysis showed that the proportion of each syndrome type was:Qi stagnation and blood stasis accounted for 47 people 52 eyes(45.63%),Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity 35 people 37 eyes(33.98%),wind phlegm obstruction 21 people 23eyes(20.39%).(2)Statistical analysis of the collected Chinese medicines through the“Traditional Chinese Medicine Supporting Platform” and conclusions:(1)Among the qi stagnation and blood stasis type,the top 15 drugs with more frequent opening method are:Bupleurum,Shengdi,Chuanxiong,Taoren,safflower,turmeric,salvia,red peony,licorice,notoginseng,medlar,peony bark,Asarum,green skin,achyranthes.The top 15 drugs in the tonic method are: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Bupleurum,Muxiang,Shengdi,peach kernel,safflower,Chinese angelica,peony bark,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus,Chinese wolfberry,licorice,medlar,and platycodon grandiflorum.(2)In the yin deficiency and impotence,the first 15 drugs appear frequently in the frequency of theopening and guiding method: Shengdi,Chuanxiong,Angelica,Rehmannia,Poria,Gardenia,Stone Cassia,Angelica,Peach Kernel,Safflower,Suanzaoren,Eucommia,Bovine Knee,jaundice,scorpion;The top 15 drugs in the mid-frequency of the tonic method were:Chuanxiong,Rehmannia,Shengdi,Angelica,Astragalus,Atractylodes,Eucommia,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Hawthorn,Schisandra,Chinese Yam,Licorice,and Polygala.(3)Among the wind-sucking barriers,the first 15 drugs with higher frequency in the open-guide method are: Pinellia,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Zhuru,Atractylodes,Magnolia,Peach Kernel,Safflower,Licorice,Ginger,Alisma,Citrus,Cimicifuga,psyllium,jujube;The 15 drugs with higher frequency in the tonic method were: Angelica,Astragalus,Chenpi,Atractylodes,Pinellia,Poria,Coix Seed,Salvia,Cimicifuga,Campanulaceae,Amomum,Chinese Yam,Safflower,Chuanxiong,Licorice.(3)The total effective rate of the three syndromes of AION in the statistical application of “After enlightenment”: the effective rate of qi stagnation and blood stasis treatment is 90.31%,and the effective rate of yin deficiency and impotence treatment is 89.19%.The effective rate of sputum-blocking therapy was 82.61%,and the total effective rate was 89.29%.Conclusion: The application of the theory of “tonifying after dredging stasis”in the treatment of pre-AION disease,the effect is exact.
