The Effects Of Xianmaitong Capsule On Acute Myocardial Ischemia And Its Mechanisms

Objective:To observe the effect of Xianmaitong Capsule on myocardial ischemia rats caused by injecting pituitrin and study possible mechanisms.Methods:Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups at random:the normal group,the model group,the high-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule(10. 8g/kg),the middle-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule(5.4g/kg),the low-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule(2.7g/kg) and the positive control group.Intragastric administration was adopted once a day for 7 days. Myocardial ischemia model rat was established by injecting pituitrin from sublingual vein 30minutes after the last administration and treatment model 7days.All of the rats anaesthetized to recordⅡECG after injected pituitrin 0secend,15secends,1minute,5minutes,10minutes,20minutes,30minutes,7days.Kill the rats at 30minutes after the last treatment.Then testing changing of the content of CK,AST,LDH in blood-serum and NO NOS in the tissue of the cardiac muscle.Study the effect of Xianmaitong Capsule on myocardial ischemia rats and possible mechanisms.Results:The result of the experiment is the 90%rats in the model group show the appearance of myocardial ischemia,compared with normal group the difference is significant(P＜0.01).But in the groups of the Xianmaitong Capsule,the rates cut down significantly and the degreement of myocardial ischemia lessen.Compared with the model group,the high-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule can lessen the contents of CK,AST,LDH,activity of NOS,iNOS and advance the contents of NO,the difference is significant(P＜0.01);the middle-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule can lessen the contents of CK,AST,LDH,activity of NOS,iNOS and advance the contents of NO,the difference is significant(P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05, P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05);the low-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule can lessen the contents of CK,AST and the difference is significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.Xianmaitong Capsule can improve abnormal ECG. 2.Xianmaitong Capsule proctect the cell membrane and prevent the overflowing of the myocardium enzyme to damage the cell and decrease the damage of myocardial cell shape.3.The high-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule and the middle-dose group of Xianmaitong Capsule restrain the activity of iNOS,advance the contents of NO,protect and improve the impairment of tissue of the cardiac muscle.4.Reason of the protection due to that advance the contents of NO and lead to strengthen the protection to the myocardial cell,decrease the damage of myocardial cell membrane.
