Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Acupuncturing Huantiao Point To Treat Knee Osteoarhritis Disease

Objective: The research is to study the comparative of the therapeutic effect of the routineacupuncture with huantiao point and the single routineacupuncture to treat Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA),observe the divergence of these two therapy to treat KOA and explore a more effective therapeutic plan for KOA.Methods: 45 cases of patients were divided into two groups according to the standardization of the diagnostic and demands,25 cases belong to the treat group and the other 20 cases belong to the comparison group.Public experimental method was used.Observe and compare the appraisal score and the score of pain before treatments and the change of pain and general score after treatments between the two groups.The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups to treat KOA.Results:Both of groups get nicer therapeutic effect on KOA.The total effective proportion of the treat group is 100%and the comparison group is 70%,there is marked difference between the two grous(p<0.05).They are both effective methods to treat KOA,but the clinical effect of the treat group is more outstanding.The result of the reseach provides scientific basis for the clinical choice of the therapeutic method for the treatment of KOA.
