| Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and security of FXF,Our clinical observation wrestled with the clinical symptoms of chest tumor patients by observing the Tumor objective curative effects,symptom standards in TCM and KPS as targets.To demonstrate the relevant mechanism of improvement on RPI,we observed the experiment of Chinese medcine FXF affectting TGF-β1 and HPY in the RPI model rat serum.Method:First Part Clinical Research:Choose 63 chest tumor patients in Oncology Department of Wuhan first hospital in 2008.01--2009.01,and selection was based on the diagnosis of radiation-induced pulmonary injury(RPI). Randomly d ivided into two groups:31 cases radiotherapy(control group) and 32 cases radiation therapy with TCM group(treatment group).After radiotherapy,The control group takes western medicine When it necessary;The treatment group takes Chinese medicine FXF from then on.It lasts 2 courses,which contain 60 days.Take radiation-induced pulmonary injury assessment,toxicity and the quality of life status as targetsSecond Part Experimental Research:Select 60 anesthesia SD female mice,randomly divided into four groups:control group(N group),radiotherapygroup(S group), radiotherapy + FXF group(C group) and radiotherapy + D.X.M group (D group).Make RPI model building by linearaccelerator.Killed them together after 60 days' raising.Record the different groups of rats in body weight and lung score coefficient,light microscopy, histopathology and pulmonary fibrosis alveolitis Does endoscopic score,HPY and TGF-β1 by ELISA method as targets.Observed the effect of prevention and treatment,To confer the relevant mechanism of improvement on RLIResult:First part Clinical Research:1 There was highly significant difference in the Tumor objective curative effects between treatment group and control group(P <0.05).2 The significant difference was not found in Symptom of TCM between treatment group and control group before treating,but after treating.3 There was highly significant difference in the poisonous side reaction and KPS between treatment group and control group(P <0.05).Second Part Experimental Research:1 There was highly significant difference in death,weght and Lung coefficient between S group and N group(P <0.05).There was highly significant difference in death between C group and D group(P <0.05),but in weght and Lung coefficient.2 Observing the pathological tissue slices by light microscope, We found mostly the RPI in S group.3 There was highly significant difference in grading,TGF-β1 and HYP between S group and N group(P <0.05),and so it was between C group and D group(P <0.05).Conclusion:First part Clinical Research:1 It is proved that chinese medcine FXF have better prophylaxis to RPI than the control group.It improves the efficacy of tumor and the quality of patient' s life,reduces side effects of radiotherapy.2 The majority of the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the chinese medcine FXF in improving symptoms of cough, ZinanDaonan,WuxinFanRe and the dry.Second Part Experimental Research:1 It is effective to make the RPI model by using linear accelerator in 20GY.2 The Chinese Medcine FXF and D.X.M have both effection in improving RPF tagets,and FXF is better.3 The mechanism of FXF to RPI may be associated with declining the level of TGF-β1 and HPY in lung.Innovation and defieieney:The sample cases of clinical research are not enough,we need much more cases for a further study.The experimental research waits for further mechanism research, particularly clarifies How the Chinese medicine preparation prevents and controls RPI through affecting some specific series of cell factors-group. |
