Lungs Clear Stasis Particle Treatment Of Scleroderma Clinical And Experimental Research

The clinical and experimental research: regarding Traditional Chinese Medicine theory as guidelines, we selected the Bufeiqingyu-granule, which can replenishing and restoring pulmonary Qi and promote blood circulation, to treat the scleroderma on the basis of the clinical principle and experience of Doctor Qian. We can evaluate the efficacy of the Bufeiqingyu-granule in treating the sclerodermatous patients and the BALB/C mouses caused by bleomycetin.Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of the Bufeiqingyu-granule in treating thesclerodermatous patients' symptom, physical sign and the breadboard index. And we also evaluate the efficacy of the granule in immunological regulation and improving microcirculation of sclerodermatous BALB/C mouses caused by bleomycetin. We want to investigate theory of treating by lung and provide the basis of treating scleroderma in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 1 , clinical research: twenty patiens with scleroderma were treated by8 weeks of Bufeiqingyu-granule. We observed symptom, physical sign,and the breadboard index, analyzed contrstly and finished the statistical treatment(paired-compare t-test ). 2, experimental research: fifty BALB/C mouse were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, model group, low dose of Bufeiqingyu-granule group, middle dose of Bufeiqingyu-granule group and large dose of Bufeiqingyu-granule group. After 26 days, we put the mouse to death, cut off the lung, adrenal gland, thymus and spleen, calculated the coefficient of the organs, analyzed the variance, compared the difference of each group and cut off the skin of back to do HE dying and observe the change of histopathology.Results: 1, clinical research: the clinical effective rates were 80%. Thecorrelated symptom, physical sign, and the breadboard index were significantly improved.
