Objective:To study the Chinese compound decoction DidangxianqiongSoup on cancer pain inhibitory mechanism, provides a theoretical basis for clinical medicine. Experimental method:Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely control group, group treated, a small dose of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine high dose group, treatment group, n=10, control group fed distilled water (25ml/kg), group treated orally DidangxianqiongSoup (33.5g/kg), Chinese high-dose group fed DidangxianqiongSoup (67g/kg), Chinese medicine in small doses when fed with DidangxianqiongSoup (16.7g/kg), treatment control group fed with sustained-release tramadol hydrochloride tablets (2mg/kg), oral administration, the determination of induced pain induced by heat effect, the impact of writhing response, PGE2 content of mouse peritoneal fluid on the growth of mouse S180 sarcoma. Clinical Research Methods:A total of 80 cases observed in advanced cancer patients, cancer pain observation items analgesic effects of different levels of different types of disease of the cancer, different syndrome of efficacy, quality of life and side effects observed.Animal experimental results:1 DidangxianqiongSoup has strong analgesic effects, and duration of analgesic effect of tramadol and quite. Clinical results:1 DidangxianqiongSoup on mild to moderate pain relief effect was significant.2 DidangxianqiongSoup on various diseases have better analgesic. 3 DidangxianqiongSoup on drug Tan Yong Qi stagnation type and the best type analgesic. 4 Chinese Medicines in appetite, mental, sleep, fatigue, pain has significantly improved, non-toxic side effects.Conclusion:Compound DidangxianqiongSoup has a significant analgesic effect and some inhibitory effect.
