Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of electro-acupuncture treatment of anovulatory infertility (kidney-yang deficiency ).Method: 1. Clinical research: treat 30 patients of anovulatory infertility diagnosed deficiency of kidney-yang. compared the change in level of serum gonadotropin (LH, FSH),sex hormone (E2, P)and SCF before and after electro-acupuncture treatment, Compare follicular development and growth of endometrial ,Compare clinical efficacy,cervical mucus,BBT changes,ovulation rate before and after treatment ,pregnancy rate one year after treatment and the improvement of TCM symptoms。2. Experimental Research:To set up 30 anovulatory infertility(kidney-yang deficiency) rat model,divided into kidney-yang deficiency model group, electroacupuncture group of kidney-yang deficiency randomly and normal control group,Each group consisted of 15 rats。Electroacupuncture was given to electroacupuncture group of kidney-yang deficiency. To observe and compare patterns of ovarian, uterine morphological, endocrine and serum changes in SCF levels in rats in each group and statistical analysis.Results: 1. Clinical research: The total effective rate of Electro-acupuncture treatment of kidney-yang deficiency anovulatory infertility was 76.67%,Ovulation rate was 46.67%, pregnancy rate was 23.33 % , the TCM symptoms has the better the improvement.Endometrial and follicular development were significantly different before and after treatment(P﹤0.01), cervical mucus, BBT comparison were significantly different before and after treatmen(tP﹤0.01). There was a significant difference in serum LH, FSH, E2, P and the level of SCF(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05,P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01). 2. Experimental Research:electroacupuncture group of kidney-yang deficiency on ovarian morphology has a significant change compared with kidney-yang deficiency model group, electroacupuncture group of kidney-yang deficiency was Closer to the normal control group. Uterine weight, endometrial thickness, myometrial thickness were significantly higher than the kidney-yang deficiency model group, the difference was significant(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05,P﹤0.05);the levels of electroacupuncture group of kidney-yang deficiency Serum E2, P, LH, FSH were significantly higher than kidney-yang deficiency model group, the difference was significant ( P﹤0.05 ) ; the levels of(electroacupuncture group of kidney-yang deficiency) E2 and P secreted by ovarian granulosa cells was significantly higher than that of kidney-yang deficiency model group, the difference was significant(P﹤0.05); the levels of serum SCF (electroacupuncture group of kidney-yang deficiency) were significantly higher than the kidney-yang deficiency model group, the difference was significant(P﹤0.01).Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture therapy on the hypothalamus - pituitary - ovarian axis (HPOA) has a good regulation in anovulatory infertility (kidney-yang deficiency) patients. Electroacupuncture can improve ovarian function and uterine local environment status, promote follicle development and ovulation. This research provide a reference for the clinical treatment of electro-acupuncture treatment in anovulatory infertility.
