| Objective:By observing the external use of proprietary Chinese medicines "Youkeluo" and laser therapy clinical study of cervical condyloma,Objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine "Youkeluo" treatment of cervical condyloma on the clinical efficacy and safety,Preliminary study on the mechanism of drug.Method:Randomized Controlled study of the use of forward-looking approach.33 cases of cervical condyloma who was eligible can be divided into treatment group,21 cases of traditional chinese medicine "Youkeluo" and controlgroup, 12 cases of laser.And then according to the Research Program.to collect indicators and data of The two groups before and after treatment,Including general Information;efficacy indicators:condyloma off,wound healing time,negative rate,relapse rate;security;adverse Reactions.Applying SPSS13.0 analysis software to analyse.Results:1.Oeneral Information:the two groups were no significant differences In age,course,level of education,relevant epidemiological and condyloma points,wound size(P＞0.05),they were comparable.2.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups:in treatment group, there were 21 cases of traditional chinese medicine "Youkeluo",21 cases were cured,Recovery rate was 100%;in control group,11 cases of laser, 11 cases were cured,1 cases of invalid,Recovery rate was 92%.P=0.186, Effects of the two groups was no significant difference(P＞0.05).3.Comparison of wound healing after treatment:In the first 30 days after treatment comparison,21 cases of "Youkeluo" in the treatment group,there were 21cases cured,Recovery rate was 100%;in control group,9 cases were cured,1 cases of markedly,1 cases of effective,1 cases of invalid,Recovery rate was 75%.P=0.018,The difference between the two groups wound was statistical significance(P＜0.05).4.Negative rate of the two groups by HPV-DNA Detection:(1) 1 month later after treatment in cured cases:21 cases of "Youkeluo" in treatment group,17 cases were negative,4 cases were positive,and the total negative rate is 67%;11 cases of laser in controlment group,2 cases were negative,9 cases were positive,and the total negative rate is 18.2%.P=0.023, there were significant differences(P＜0.05).(2)3 months later after treatment in cured cases:21 cases of "Youkeluo" in treatment group,18 cases were negative,3 cases were positive,and the total negative rate is 85.7%;11 cases of laser in controlment group,4 cases were negative,7cases were positive,and the total negative rate is 36.4%.P=0.013, the negative rates were significantly different(P＜0.05).(3) 6months later after treatment in cured cases:21 cases of "Youkeluo" in treatment group,19 cases were negative,2cases were positive,and the total negative rate is 90.5%;11 cases of laser in controlment group,6 cases were negative,5cases were positive,and the total negative rate is 54.5%.P=0.032, the negative rates were still different(P＜0.05).5.Recurrence of the situation:in 6 months review,1 case of the naked eye Condyloma was in treatment group,relapse rate was 5%;4 case of the naked eye Condyloma was in treatment group,relapse rate was36.4%;P=0.021,relapse rates were significantly different(P＜0.05).6.Safety and adverse reactions:the blood examinations before and after the therapy were no abnormal,no case of systemic toxicity can be found.In treatment group,there was 1 case suffering short-term Itching,5 cases were leucorrhea increase,all can be tolerated in patients who do not need to deal with.Laser group showed an increase in leucorrhea,smell,which were without treatment,and they may gradually disappear.Conclusion:According to the results of clinical observation,the analysis concluded that external use of the chinese medicine Youkeluo is excellent in treatment for cervical condylomata acuminata.Youkeluo can not only eliminate the cervical condyloma,but also was superior to laser treatment in the HPV negative rate,wound healing time,recurrence rate.No significant toxic side effects and adverse reactions can be appear.Youkeluo can be used for the treatment of cervical HPV virus infections which was safe and effective.Preliminary study on the mechanism of chinese medicine could be direct killing HPV, specific mechanism is not clear.Youkeluo was a promising use of chinese foreign drug.
