Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical HR-HPV Infection With Oral And External Chinese Medicine And The Effect Of Cervical HR-HPV Infection Local Immune Environment With Oral And External Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Through observing the clinical therapeutic effect of cervical HR-HPV infection with oral decoction of nourishing liver and kidney clear damp heat and topical decoction of heat detoxification and dampness itching,to seek TCM new ideas and prescription for the teatment of cervical HR-HPV infection.Method:In this study,31 patients with cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(n = 15)and Interferon group(n = 16).Fifteen patients are Chinese medicine group.Treating them with oral decoction of nourishing liver and kidney clear damp heat and topical decoction of heat detoxification and dampness itching for three months.Sixteen patients are Interferon group.Treating them with An Da Feng.To observe the alteration of TCM syndrome score,Clinical symptom score and HC? HPV DNA after treatment of two groups.At same time,before and after drug intervention,to monitor the changes of the local cytokines IL-2?IL-4and IFN-?in cervical HR-HPV infection patients and cervical HR-HPV infection patients with cervical lesions.Results:1.Chinese medicine group and Interferon group all have no statistically difference before and after therapy in the decrease of HPV viral load(P>0.05).But Chinese medicine group is better than interferon group in reducing the numerical value of HPV viral load.2.Chinese medicine group and Interferon group have no statistical difference in negative conversion ratio(P>0.05).However,the negative conversion ratio of Chinese medicine group is high than interferon group.3.Chinese medicine group and Interferon group before and after therapy all have significant statistical difference in the rduction of Clinical symptom score(P<0.01).4.Chinese medicine group and Interferon group before and after therapy all have significant statistical difference in the rduction of TCM syndrome score(P<0.01)?And Chinese medicine group in reducing TCM syndrome score is better than Interferon group(P<0.01).5.Chinese medicine group and Interferon group have no statistical difference in total effective rate(P>0.05).But the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group is highter than Interferon group.6.Before treatment,there is on statistical difference in the concentration of IL-2?IL-4 and IFN-?between cervical HR-HPV infection patients and cervical HR-HPV infection patients with cervical lesions(P>0.05).But IL-4 concentration and cervical lesions has a positive correlation.7.Before and after drug intervention,there is statistical difference in IL-2/IL-4 ratio(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Oral and external Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection is effective,not only can significantly reduce the HPV DNA viral load,but also significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM Syndromes.therefore,the Oral and external Chinese medicine is worth using in Gynecology clinic for the treatment of cervical HPV infection.2.There was a positive linear correlation between IL-4 concentration and cervical lesions.So,IL-4 can be used as a new index to detect the degree of cervical lesions.3.Oral and external Chinese medicine can make HPV infection of cervical local immune from imbalance state to balance state.
