Research On The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Ocular Acupuncture Integrated Rehabilitation Training Due To Asthenic Yin Causing Predominant Yang Of Ischemic Stroke At The Convalescent Period

Objective: In order to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of ocular acupuncture integrated rehabilitation training due to asthenic yin causing predominant yang of ischemic stroke at the convalescent period.Methods: Divide 80 patients with ischemic stroke at the convalescent period into treatment group and control group, based on the simple randomized method, and each group contains 40 patients .The treatment group were treated by ocular acupuncture integrated rehabilitation training and the control group were treated by rehabilitation training. After 30 days of treatment, Fugl-Meyer assessment, Barthel index number, the scores in clinical neurologic impairment and clinical therapeutic effect assessment is used to access the motion function, activities of daily living, nerve function, the diagnostic score for TCM diseases of stroke. At the same time, evaluation and comparison were carried out two groups with the test indexes of hemorheology and the changes of blood lipids.Results: The treatment group on the clinical therapeutic effect, the scores in clinical neurologic impairment and the diagnostic score for TCM diseases of stroke was better than the control group with significant differences (p<0.05). Two groups after treatment, blood lipids and hemorheology of the index value lower than before treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ocular acupuncture integrated rehabilitation training in the treatment of asthenic yin causing predominant yang of ischemic stroke at the convalescent period is better than simply training group. We conclude that ocular acupuncture integrated rehabilitation training for ischemia stroke recovery has good clinical curative effect.
