| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on walking ability of early convalescence ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia, to improve the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia, and explore the feasibility of this scheme in the community to promote.Methods:The patients in the early convalescence stage of ischemic stroke were divided into two groups with randomized blocks, the experimental group and the control group, each had 30 patients. The control group was treated with routine treatment and the experimental group was given acupuncture, rehabilitation with routine treatment. The treatments were lasted for 6 weeks. In the time of 4 and 6 weeks, the improvements of walking ability were observed through the FMA-LE, MBI, BBS, Holden Walking Function Rating scale.Results:At the beginning of the study, the general condition, the FMA-LE, MBI, BBS, and Holden Walking Function Rating scale of two groups have no significant difference at baseline(P>0.05). After treatment for 4 and 6 weeks, in the aspects of FMA-LE, MBI and BBS, there are significant differences between the groups score (P<0.05), each scores of both groups were obviously different from before (P<0.05). On the aspects of Holden Walking Function Rating scale, the score of experimental group were obviously different from before (P<0.05), while the the score of control group have no significant difference from before (P>0.05). When comparing between the group, two groups have no significant difference after treatment for 4 weeks (P>0.05), while after treatment for 6 weeks, experimental group have significant difference from control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The experimental group treated by acupuncture, rehabilitation with routine treatment for treating lower limb motor function, daily life ability, balance function and walking ability in the early convalescence of ischemic stroke is better than the control group treated by routine treatment. The therapeutic schedule of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for the early convalescence of ischemic stroke is safety and highly practicable in clinical application. The clinical effect for walking ability is significant, which is worth community widely promoting. |
