Diastolic Heart Failure (Qi And Blood) Clinical Observations Yiqihuoxue Recipe

【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of (benefiting qi andinvigorate the circulation of blood recipe)in patients with DHF(blood stasisdue to qi deficiency)and the changes of E/A、ANGⅡ，walking distance within6min.【Methods】 All160cases of DHF patients were devided into two groupsrandomly,i.e control group and treatment group. The two groups were given routinewestern medicines such as diuretics,angiotensin-converting enzymeinhibitor(ACEI),angiotensin receptor blocker,beta-receptor blocker and calciumantagonists,While the treatment group(N=80)received (benefiting qi andnourishing yin invigorate the circulation of blood recipe)（mainlycomposed ofHeterophylla, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch, RadixOphiopogonis, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Lilium brownii, Leguminosae, Angelicasinensis, Herba Leonuri, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong）.The treatment lasted1months.The total therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome scorin，cardiac functionclassification,the UCG Indicators(E／A),walking distance within6min wereevaluated，and the serum ANGⅡ level,the recurrence rate,mortality rate wereobserved in the two groups before and after treatment.【Results】The total effective rate of treatment group was89.3％,while controlgroup was76.2％,P<0.01.Symptoms and signs of palpitation,shortbreath,lassitude,dizziness,Ribspain,Bloating,scantyurin,edema of thelimb,Asthma insomnia,Aversion to cold,Or with pleural effusion andAscites,Light and dark tongue,were relieved in the two groups(P<0．05),and thetreatment group has a better effect on relieving short breath,palpitation(P<0．05).The follow—up for6months showed that recurence was found in12patients of the treatment group and24of the control group,death in2of groupA and6of group B.The recurence rate and mortality rate were15％and2.5％ in group A respectively．and30％and7.4％in group B respectively．Thedifferences of the recurrence rate and mortality rate between the two groupswere significant(P<0．05)．The walking distance within6min was prolonged inthe two groups，the effect in group A being better than that in group B(P<0．05).ANGⅡ expression levels of the treatment group compared with the control groupsignificantly reduced(P<0.05). Left ventricular diastolic function before andafter treatment (P<0．05).【Conclusion】Benefiting qi and invigorate the circulation of blood recipe hascertain effect for DHF by relieving symptoms and signs，improve diastolicfunction, decreasing the recurence rate and mortality rate，reduce the expressionANG Ⅱ,increase walking distance within6min．...
