Clinical Observation Of Tongxinluo Capsule Combined With Xibiling In Treating Migraine With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective : The main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with Xibiling in the treatment of migraine with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the adverse reactions in the course of the experiment,and to evaluate the clinical application value of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of migraine objectively and effectively,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of migraine and scientific research.Methods:The study included 70 patients with qualified migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after clinical screening.70 patients were divided into experimental group and control group by using random control design method.35 patients in experimental group were given oral drug Tongxinluo capsule and Xibiling,35 patients in control group were given drug Xibiling orally,treatment group and control group were given 4 weeks of treatment,and follow-up 4 weeks after withdrawal.The number of headache attacks,the duration of pain,the degree of pain,the accompanying symptoms,and adverse reactions or events,etc.the TCM symptom score and the appearance during medication were collected before and 4 weeks after treatment.Real and effective recording of clinical data,collation and statistics of clinical data,so as to objectively evaluate the Tongxinluo capsule combined with Xibiling in the treatment of migraine(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)prevention and treatment effect and adverse reactions.Results : This study has completed the clinical collection of 70 cases,and the corresponding clinical treatment and observation.Among them,35 cases in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group,after SPSS 22.0 statistics,the curative effect of migraine symptoms was compared: the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 88.57%,and group was 65.72%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43% and that of the control group was 51.43%.Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule combined with Xibiling in the treatment of migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)can significantly reduce the degree of pain and shorten the duration of attack in the acute phase;Tongxinluo capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)patients with traditional Chinese medicine,alleviate the accompanying symptoms and reduce thenumber of migraine attacks.There were no adverse drug reactions and side effects in the experimental group during the window period,so Tongxinluo capsule was relatively safe,so it was concluded that Tongxinluo capsule combined with Xibiling was a safe and effective method to treat migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in clinic,which was worthy of further excavation and exploration in clinic.
