In order to adapt to the military reform with Chinese characteristics, the 15th session of Chinese Military Academic Conference proposed that the military academic education develop with a focus shifting from the degree-oriented education to in-service education. To adapt to the new situation and new requirements of educational transition and realize the goal of paying equal attention to the development of both degree-oriented education and in-service education, the military academies carry on an all-round research on perspectives and ideas, system constitution, operation management, policy guarantee and other corresponding aspects. The in-service education curriculum system is one of the most important aspects.This project, based on the background of transformation of military academic education, aiming at the military doctors in division down of PLA as the training objects, comprehensively employs the methods of literature research, questionnaire, comparative reaearch, Delphi method and so on, and makes a comparative analysis on the features of in–service education cirriculum constitution for military doctors in China and foreign countries. It aims to understand the work responsibilities of the military doctors in division down of PLA and the current demands for in-service education, and summarizes the reqiured qualities of adapting to information campaign for the military doctors in division down of PLA. Guided by CBE education, individualized education and some other modern educational theories, aiming at cultivating comprehensive military medical talents who meet the requirements of forceful military supply and the integrative battle demands of combination of military command and medical skills, have carried out a systematic research on in-service education curriculum system for military doctors in division down of PLA. By distributing a large amount of questionaires as sample data to the military doctors and medical institutions in division down of PLA, it masteres the first-hand information about the comprehensive recognition and in-service training requirements of the basic units on the military accademies'education transformation; It summarizes the compulsory qualities and abilities needed for the military doctors and has primarily set up a corresponding structural diagram. and provides a quality asurance for the personnels; It has introduced the idea of modularized in-service education curriculum and has primarily constructed an in-service education curriculum system for military doctors in division down of PLA,which has filled the gap in terms of the research on in-service education curriculum system for military accademies. Finally, the constructed modularized curriculum system holds a very distinct features of in-service education and will effectively enhance the flexibility of group training. It has laid foundation for implementing the individualized in-service education, and will provide supports for improving the in-service education quality.
